"Soul-Fix" (A-404) is located on the 4th floor of Building A in the Dunes of Panama Resort. Only 7 stories, Building A is primarily year-round residents and one of the smaller in the area adding to the private and easy access of the amenities in a wonderful family atmosphere. We are one of the few buildings/rentals offering pet-friendly (2 pets-25 lbs or less/owner approval).
The Master Bedroom features a wall of windows overlooking the gorgeous views with balcony access, a king-sized luxury bed, television, master bath, with beautiful tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom hosts 2 - full size beds, television and adjacent hall full-bath. A fully equipped kitchen, dining, televisions in all rooms, ample seating, and free private wi-fi ensure the condo is a home away from home and the perfect affordable vacation leaving your worries behind!
The large condo windows and balcony overlook the serenity of the Rick Stelzer Florida State Park offering a unique break from adjacent condos and population. The 4.75-acre park has a section of undeveloped beach that is preserved for education about the gulf dune system and how it interacts with the beach environment. Adding to the privacy and more spectacular sunset views than anywhere on the beach!
No need to carry chairs to the beach each day, our stay includes two reserved complimentary beach chairs and umbrella in a single row of limited chairs, right on the beach! The resort features 3 pools overlooking 1500 ft of beach, onsite snack-bar and grille, picnic areas, pavilions, free outdoor grills poolside, a gym, tennis courts, basketball, 2 elevators, and many amenities providing something for everyone! The private gated entrance with security adds more peace of mind during your stay in Panama City Beach.
The slower-paced, more residential family-oriented Lower Grand Lagoon area of Panama City Beach offers the majority of locally owned dining establishments and a host of Florida's finest seafood restaurants. Here you will experience easy access to shopping and beach activities which include pontoon, jet ski and ferry rentals to Shell Island State Park, Dolphin sightseeing tours and sunset cruises. Golf some of the top courses or head for Goofy-Golf for family fun! An added excursion to the Pirate Ship is always a hit!

The condo was cute and very clean. Cleanliness is a very very important factor to me when traveling and it met even my expectations. The view from our 4 th floor was spectacular overlooking the ocean but an added plus was facing west and seeing some amazing sunsets. Liz the owner Was delightful in our communication. The only negative and I have rented through VRBO many times is the fees especially the host fee was higher than I have ever paid . My daughters.and I certainly made great memories and would rent here again.

We absolutely loved this place. Great location, away from the crazy busy beaches but close enough to restaurants and Pier Park. The owner, Lisa, was great with communication. Place was super clean and had a great view. We loved having the beach chair service too. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo “soul-fix”. Not only was it beautiful, the owner was very responsive and friendly. We were comfortable and it met all our needs.
