Apartment was close to the ocean with good view. Bathroom drain was very slow. Was. Not told buildings were under construction, cockroaches on the property (not in the unit)
Cleaned and swept but was accused of leaving sand all over as well backing up the shower drain.
Sand gets in property because location is on the beach
