Location, amenities, quietness, cleanliness other than the floor.
The only thing is the floor needs to be mopped.

The location and the view was nice! Could access the beach from the property.
The bed was hard as a rock, literally! If you’re looking for a big soft comfy hotel style bed, keep looking! And the elevator was extremely slow.

short walking distance to beach, size of condo, gulf view, walk in shower, quiet, pool good size, nice outdoor shower area, balcony is bigger than most places we have stayed, liked the bar chairs because it sits up high and you're not looking thru patio rails, also the walkway over the dunes makes it easy to walk and then your only 100 steps to ocean,
no curtains on sliding glass doors

Location was great. Ocean front was great.
Well floors where filtie. Oven door handle broke or loose, toaster didn't work, master bath toilet roll broke, shower curtain was so old hanging on a thread. Master bedroom blind broke. Other than that it was a nice room. Also the wifi was the worst I ever had.
