Ocean Reef 802 is a spacious, 3-story gulf front vacation town house accommodating 8 guests. The thermostat allows cooling to a minimum of 70 degrees - tampering will be a guest service charge.
Ocean Reef is situated in a prime location along Alabama's beautiful gulf coast and easy walking distance to the center of town.
3BR/2.5BA beach front home has 2 balconies, one off the living room, one off the master bedroom, overlooking the beach and gulf, with staircase leading down to the white sand beach. This fully equipped home has D/W, W/D, 4 TVs (All large Flat Screens)/2 Blueray DVDs, icemaker and all appliances. Parking for 2 cars covered - Permit required ($40/vehicle); Parking pass(es) will be purchased on-site at the guard shack, which is located in front of the pool, after 4pm CT. The parking pass must be purchased with cash only. BBQ area next to gorgeous pool.

This was a trip for multiple generations and it was the perfect location. Everyone was comfortable and the house had everything we needed.

Absolutely beautiful property! It was exceptionally clean and cozy. I loved the fact that the kitchen had just about every utensil and appliance you could possibly need, although I did bring some of my own things from home, we didn’t need them after all. The view from the porch was breathtaking, the neighbors were kind My in laws enjoyed it very much. We are already planning to come back next summer.

Perfect stay. The amount of room was perfect for our group. Comfortable beds. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. We loved how close the beach is to the condo. Would definitely recommend.
