CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

**To be clear, the condo itself is beautiful and very clean/well kept** We booked our vacation back in August for the week beginning on New Year's Eve. Alabama Getaway was amazing to work with on this rental. They answered all questions and issues very promptly and with such great customer service. I will definitely be using this company to rent from again. The condo was very clean and updated. The Island Tower building, not so much. First off was the parking situation. No security on site (we didn't see one person the whole time) so the parking "rules" aren't enforced. Parking is very tight already so they have signs posted asking that smaller cars use the upper levels. The ground floor level seemed to always have compact cars in spaces meant for larger vehicles. Ramps to upper levels are very tight and make it extremely difficult for a larger vehicle to navigate. The building lobby was very nice. Elevators were nice, until only one worked. The corridors when you exit the elevator on each floor STAY wet, very wet. If you wear sandals, you will have wet shoes/feet due to the puddles. Paint and plaster on the exterior walls are bubbles and peeling as well, I assume due to the moisture always being present. There is a key provided in the unit for the pool, however, the Indoor pool is NOT heated. The key worked the first day of our arrival, then it didnt. We had to find another guest to ask for a code to the door as someone had changed the lock! No swimming for us though as the temperature showed 61°-70° every day. The water was freezing! The outdoor pool was.closed for renovation. The building had also closed off the beach access. Guests had to go thru neighboring parking lots to try to access the beach. Ridiculous! But wait.....the final straw for my family was when a man entered our condo, unannounced and without knocking, and was caught standing in the foyer by my husband. The man was coming around the corner walking towards the kitchen when my husband stopped him. He stated he was a locksmith asked to let in construction workers to take the furniture off the side balcony so they could work on the side of the building tomorrow. It wasn't until my husband walked the "locksmith" back out the door when a man came off the elevator to explain what they needed. Again.....no notice was given to guests or to the rental agency about this. Completely unacceptable!
