Very close to the beach, they had beach stuff if you hadn’t come prepared with toys/chairs.
Pool was overly packed but likely to be expected and no fault to the owner.

It was close to the beach and lots of restaurants you could walk to. The pool was really nice and very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with things needed to cook if you needed to save money and cook there. Coffee maker worked great. The owners have beach chairs and other beach essentials located on the balcony. It was really nice to not have to purchase those items as we wouldn't use them at our house.
Not enough towels and wash clothes for a family of three that stayed for a week. If there were more available, we didn't know that. There is a washer and dryer in the complex, but we didn't want to pay to wash towels and wash clothes every day. The place does need an overall deep clean. As others have mentioned, it does have a few things that need general maintenance. Definitely not issues that were deal breakers, would stay there again.

The property was within walking distance to the beach.
The description said sea view. There was not sea view. There were buildings in front of our building and you could not see the ocean.
The guest bedroom door lock was taken and the door did not lock at all.
The towels smelled musty.
The pool was too warm to get in.
We could not control the thermostat in the unit.
