Condo has all appliances, whirlpool tub in hall bath, ice maker, CableTV(3), DVD, CD-Stereo. Complex includes Elevator, BBQ grilling area, full size Washer/Dryer available - credit/debit card service on each floor ($3.00/cycle). Free WiFi included. Parking Permits are $42/ea(2 MAX).

E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 deg - system disable w balcony door open > 5min.. Tampering with system is a guest charge.

Great stay in a great location. Was excellent stay for a last minute booking on the Gulf of America. Would definitely stay here again and will be looking for this property when booking next year's trip.

Wish I could have a do over of the stay as the 3 flights of stairs were brutal and I didn’t realize there was an elevator until the day we left HAH! Nice view from the balcony. My only complaint is the balcony furniture is very uncomfortable and the master bed is very squeaky.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we added an extra day to our stay! Great location! It had everything we needed!
