Great location on the beautiful white beaches of Gulf Shores. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. It’s a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beach . The property is clean and well maintained. This was our second year to stay in this same condo and hopefully not our last. It’s the beach house that feels like home.

Living and kitchen areas were very good. Bedroom was quite tight due to the king bed. A queen bed would make the room easier to move about. Closet and pantry spaces contained old appliances and linens that took up useable storage. We have stayed in the bldg many times and this unit is a good one. Bender Realty was excellent to work with and we have booked again for next year.

Nicely updated. Bed - Mattress needs updating. After we had house keeping and maintenance come in it was an okay stay. Just really wasted our first night waiting on house keeping and maintenance to come to fix issues. 2nd afternoon had to wait for them to come to fix clogged tub and change shower curtain liner. Maintenance extremely nice and helpful. When we first arrived smelled like mold and had mold in bathrooms Just a lack of the rental company not coming in and checking also smoke alarm kept beeping and tv remote batteries were low. Just mostly minor but things that add up. Also sheets had to be changed the 1st night before we could even get into the bed.
