About this apartment rental

It's time to relax and unwind at "Sea La Vie"! And that's exactly what it's set up to do! Great balcony that overlooks the White Sandy beaches is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine! OWNER MANAGED .....Our Guests are our Top Priority!

* LOW DENSITY complex, FAMILY FRIENDLY (only 40 condos in complex).

* One covered parking space for "Tropic Isles 602" guests is conveniently located by the elevator / luggage carts. We are allowed only one parking pass per unit as this is a one-bedroom condo. However, there is public parking near the condo (2 condo's down on the beachside and across the street near the hangout). If you check "google maps" for parking near your address, it will show you places to park that are within walking distance to restaurants and Tropic Isle. You can also pay for parking at Pier 33 if you want to reserve a spot there. We just can't guarantee that a second car will not get towed without a pass on the windshield at the condo.

2 ADDITIONAL BEACH CHAIRS in condo will be provided for our guest use.

* POLY WOOD Balcony Table and 4 Counter Height Chairs. Allows for a perfect view of the ocean without obstruction.

* GRANITE counter tops in kitchen and baths. Updated appliances, fixtures and Shaker Style Cabinet doors.

* PORCELAIN TILE throughout condo.

* NO POPCORN CEILING. It looks amazing.

* WOOD BOARD WALK to Beach - easier access to beach.

* HEATED POOL (during winter months) with OUTSIDE BATHROOM and Rinse Off Station near pool.

* GREAT LOCATION, IN THE HEART OF GULF SHORES - Walk to many area restaurants / shopping. Walk to Hangout, Bahama Bob, all within 0.3 miles

* 3 CHARCOAL GRILLS in grilling area.

* KITCHEN FULLY STOCKED with everything you will need for your stay.

* 55" SMART TV and console with DVD player in living room. TV in master bedroom. Assortment of family friendly DVD's for guests.

* WASHER & DRYER in the hall closet.

* Sorry, No pets.

* HIGH SPEED WIFI.

To the east of Gulf Shores, it is a 45 minute drive to Pensacola, Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), the Naval Flight Museum and the Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. A one-hour drive west brings you to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. The Casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi are located a short drive west of Mobile.

This condo is a smoke free facility and you must be 25 years of age to rent here. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.

**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID and sign a rental agreement within 3 days of booking. Guests are required to provide an email address and cell number for texting or a contact number. This can be sent by text or email. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information.

*** Guests are required to provide credit card information for a security deposit. A $300 security hold will be placed on your credit card. The security hold will be released if there are no damages when you depart.

***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.

**** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your Stay.

NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.

The listing of this property was EXACTLY as we found it. The host was very responsive. The property was very clean. The balcony had an excellent view of early morning dolphins playing, fish jumping and slight waves lapping the shore. There were absolutely no negatives about this condo or the owner. Would certainly love to come back next year.

If you come to Gulf Shores and are willing to cook every day, this property isn't for you. Why? Because there are no basic amenities. No salt, pepper, sweetener, spices, nothing; and only a few sugar packets, but nothing for the coffee maker. You have to bring EVERYTHING. Even toilet paper as there are only two small rolls. Bring beach towels, too. If you want to come to this property and have hip/back issues, this MAY NOT be the property for you. The sofa, recliner chair, outside chair, and bed are all low and very soft. It makes it difficult to rise out of them. A plus is the elevator. If you are somewhere in the middle, then this is a fabulous property. Well located with easy beach and pool access. The view goes for miles and the back terrace makes beach watching very easy. A plus was the binoculars. I had brought a pair, but it was nice having these in the condo to watch dolphins and osprey. Since we do have back/hip issues, we wouldn't rent this particular property; but the host was excellent and has other properties we will consider if we come back!
