Unit features a private balcony with breathtaking views of the beach. Amenities to include outdoor pool, BBQ area and beach access . Property owner provides some beach chairs and a few beach toys, but on the beach there are also chairs with umbrellas available for rental.
The famous Hangout, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance (0.3 miles)
This one bedroom, 1.5 bath beachfront condo offers an island feel the moment you walk in with bright coastal colors and happy decor. Features a king bed with new mattress, Queen sleeper sofa and twin berth bunks for the kids. 55" flat screen Smart TV and console with DVD player in living room. TV in master Bedroom.

Must be 26 years or older to book condo. No student rental.

Check-in is generally 3:00 pm with check-out 10:00 am. Carts readily available for loading and unloading.

In all our places we have stayed this property and unit is our favorite!!!!! Restrooms by the pool a bonus, clean all around, location was perfect. Our unit was vibrant with colors and decor really puts you in the mood for vacation!!!!!! Love everything about it, met people from all over, we will definitley come back!!!!

The location is why I booked this condo which did not disappoint. The beach access great. The parking was good but other than that I was disappointed. This is an older unit that needs some updates. The deco was cute but the bed was very uncomfortable as well as the sofa. Both of those needs to be replaced. Too many children.
