Great condo for a great price right in the beach. Perfect for our family of 5.

Very good bang for your buck

The view and location was great. I would just suggest bringing your own pillows and blankets as the bedding was very thin and uncomfortable. The unit was outdated compared to other units we seen as we had friends staying in other units.

The amenities were not o.k. The dishwasher was so loud we had to leave the condo to run it. The first floor laundry did not work the entire time we were there. The condo was very dirty. We spent the first week cleaning. No cleaning products were provided, we had to buy a mop, broom, dust pan, toilet brush, and screws to fix the dishwasher. The heat vents were covered with mold and cobwebs. We took those off and scrubbed them, and put them back up. We could hear everything coming from the unit above...including the toilet. The refrigerator bottom shelf is broken.
