The location was amazing. A very short walk to the subway station. A short walk to Victoria Harbor. And many options for eating also a very short walk
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly
There is some construction/repairs going on in the building.
The bathroom was not well lit and the bathroom floor is made out of polish stone. It was extremely slippery when it got wet

For the price its great, ideally located for what i needed for business. 24 Hour staff great and pleasant
The entrance is a little hard to find and you go to the 5th floor but once in it is clean and nice. Wish there was a wardrobe to hand clothes!

Boutique style hotel, with fabulously furnished rooms that are clean and comfortable.
- Room was boutique style exactly like in photos. My double room had movie projector.
- Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Clean crisp linen and plush towels. A+ for cleanliness. Big double bed.
- Great location with TST MTR closeby and bus stop outside.
- Great price.
- Lots of eateries, shops and main part TsT right outside. Fabulous location.
- small shampoo, bath gel, slippers and toothbrush amenities provided.
- Outside building entrance and elevator looks like a rundown apartment complex. Hotel itself is modern and new.
- Need use GPS to find hotel ("Windsor" Building sign is missing letters, so look for street number) as no signage on street.
- No windows, and quite dark and atmospheric room (like photo) which I liked, but maybe not for some.
- Projector movie selection menu in achinese.
- Has "feel" of love hotel, but is very clean, comfortable and well furnished.
Overall would highly recommend this hotel. Boutique style at budget price. Don't be put off by the look of building complex ("Windsor") it is found in. Rooms themselves are amazing.
