Stinky pillows and bed overall, like they never washed it ever. Noisey

We stayed in a group double bunked bed for 3 nights. The bunked bed were quite hard to climb to the top and when i am at the top i cannot sit up straight because my head would hit the ceiling and i am not a tall person (5.9 feet). The bath towels that were given to us for shower are not white and they seem old and worn down. Everything in the room feel very cramped and the air conditioning is leaking water when in use. The staff woman is nice and helpful. We paid relatively high price for this hotel booking because we didn't shop around as much on other site. The elevators to amu dreamhouse on the first floor has parts of the ceiling hanging down or missing like a horror movie. The floor inside the elevator are damage in the second elevator too. Only 2 out 3 elevators take you to amu dream house on level 1 even though amu dream house is basically level 2 from the ground. The only thing that was enjoyable was the common living space that the amu dreamhouse capture with 2 sofa for guest to sit. I go there to relax because my room is unbearable to chill in. In summary, book this if you are desperate otherwise avoid it because it is definitely not a enjoyable place to stay like most of the one i had booked before. I couldn't find any option that fit my budget and got stuck paying high price for this hotel as well. Maybe this is my first booking for 1 star hotel because i usually go for 3 or 4 star hotel so i probably got punish for it. Oh well. Lesson learned. One good thing about the shower is that the water pressure is strong and the electric water heater system keep the hot water running for a good shower to get rid of the dusty bed that i feel like i been sleeping in for 3 nights

After checking in, we found that the room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 children. The bunk bed was positioned very high and close to both the ceiling and the beam, which raised some safety concerns for our child. As a result, we decided not to stay and moved to another hotel instead. We were disappointed, as the room layout did not meet our expectations for a family stay. However, this may be more suitable for guests who are comfortable with a compact room setup. However the location is good.
