    We complain last night bcoz as we know astraunaut hotel in kingland but why bring to other side building not good smell not clean we not comfortable but thanks to put back but why 2 nights only then back again to other building not good

    I've already spoken with the daughter of the woman running the front desk. This place was shabby to begin with. I knew this going in but when I got into my room, I noticed the following: persistent musty smell; old everything- curtains, sheets, towels, toilet seat, door, tv, you name it. The air con vent cover fell off when adjusting the temperature. They turn off the air con when you leave the room btw. Nobody communicated it was an option to keep it on. Then night came... after returning from dinner, I noticed a couple small insects on the floor. Then after showering I noticed more. I tried booking another hotel that night but it was too late. I had a planned one week stay to save money as I transitioned into and out of HK, but I stayed just the one night and left before noon the following day. The daughter of the lady at the front desk was responsive and offered to switch my room. But the problem was not the room. There are many issues that have just been neglected and, over time, have become real problems with bugs and a lack of care to replace anything. There is saving money and then there is just plain neglect. This is the latter. I would not recommend staying here.
