Great location, clean, easy to walk everywhere. Nice setting & good rooms.
There is a techno club somewhere close so you can here it banging from your room.

It’s very convenient to explore to the Main Street of Pai.
Overpriced for such a small hotel.
The breakfast is ala carte, limited choice and really basic .

Basic breakfast they kept having to refill things as they didn’t put enough juice, cereal or yoghurt out so we kept having to ask for more
Room not made up during stay - toilet bin left for several days, bin in bedroom over flowing as not emptied, room tired, taps over sink about to fall off, room not over clean, bed sheets thin and old
