Canary Guesthouse

It is a great place. I watched Sunsets by the river every night. The room is awesome too. This particular room has a private verandah - it is very nice, but no SunLight and no view here.

In first part of the day there is constant movement of staff members right in front of the room carring rubbish bags, dirty linen from other units, talking about what needs to be done, etc... The window is the door into the room and you cannot help being part of it all. Yes, the pathways are layed out this way, but this size of the operation can afford to buy a small electric golf buggy. It can loaded with what is collected from wacated rooms, while it is parked away from occupied rooms and then taken to it's destination (only once or twice - ...not 10 or 15 times). PLEASE CONSIDER!

If like super clean, modern and spacious bright places, book this accommodation. I was at a different one before for a few nights and I wish I had been at the Canary the whole time. I would totally come again. Thank you!

I didnt like that the neighbors were loudly stomping and talking around midnight and later. But that is not the fault of the property bur would be nice to remind them.

I liked that it was a short walk across the bridge to get to dining and shopping, but was away from any noise and traffic. Great spots to sit and journal and drink coffee!

There wasn’t enough counter/shelf space to organize our things - especially in the bathroom. We were able to upgrade our room and it was beautiful and had more than enough space!

Location is quiet beside flowing river and near pai walking street Ample parking for car

Toilet got a pungent smell and very old - needs update. No breakfast Loud aircon noise Bed is very hard
