Must stay here in Baden Baden... I will be coming back!

Excellent facilities in a quiet residential area close to the centre.

Quiet and confortable apartment perfect for small groups

The apartment is as good as it looks, fully furnished and well equipped. Quiet surroundings with a big park just few meters walking. The beds and the sofa very confortables. There is a supermarket (netto) very close and also an asian restaurant that is very worth to try.

Just to say something, maybe the worst could be the access, there is a narrow road uphill to reach the parking but not an inconvenience if your car has enough power.

great apartment which is very spacious and comfortable. Elvira was very helpful and also provided a welcome pack and discount card. Nice balcony and parking available too. quiet area.

Gut war, dass ich das Auto parken konnte und die Wohnung nur wenige Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone weg ist. Die Wohnung ist groß genug. Sehr sauber.

Gute Lage, aufgrund der Mängel und des Allgemeinzustandes der Wohnung zukünftig eher nicht mehr.

Perfekte Lage in der Nähe des Casinos und der Innenstadt. Superfreundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.

Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen. Innen liegende Badezimmer komplett nicht mehr zeitgemäß und abgewohnt. Wanne viel zu hoch und für ältere Menschen gefährlich, keine Dunstabzüge. Kleinere Mängel, die auch nach längerer Zeit nicht behoben wurden (siehe Bewertungen aus der Vergangenheit)

La posizione dell'appartamento vicino al centro e ad un bellissimo parco. Le vetrate con vista sul parco meravigliose.

La palazzina residenziale è un po' datata. L'appartamento è stato in parte ristrutturato ma l'impianto elettrico è vetusto.

Sehr schöne Wohnung an sehr guter Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man kann das Auto vor Ort auf dem Parkplatz lassen und in wenigen Minuten Spaziergang ist man mitten in der Innenstadt und bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Die Räume sind gross genug, insbesondere das Wohnzimmer. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt.

Nicht ganz optimal war nur die Ankunft. Die Wohnung war bei der geplanten Ankunftszeit noch nicht fertig gereinigt. Die Gastgeberin hat sich entschuldigt, und nach 30-40 Minuten Wartezeit konnten wir die Wohnung beziehen. Also nichts Gravierendes, das kann mal passieren.

Schöne ruhige Lage, nette Vermieterin , gute Ausstattung

Allgemein müsste mal wieder renoviert werden, besonders das Bad.

Luces y sombras

Vistas y amplitud, además de la plaza de aparcamiento en el propio recinto. Tiene lavavajillas y lavadora.Esto último es un plus si estás varios días o vienes haciendo ruta por la selva negra.

Habían cosas dejadas o rotas; persianas, zócalos...Habían roces en el suelo de puertas que por la noche si vas con niños tientas a la suerte.El colchón de una de las camas necesita un cambio porque te vas hacia el centro. Lo que menos la barra/mesa de la cocina, está muy alta para gente bajita o niños. Hay espacio para una mesa baja en el lado contrario de la cocina y mejorarían las cenas o comidas.

Superbe séjour de 5 jours à Baden Baden

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 5 dans cet appartement spacieux et confortable. Nous avons apprécié le calme environnant et la proximité du centre ville. La place de parking au pied de l’immeuble est un plus appréciable. Très bon accueil d’Elvira pour la remise des clés.

Rien, juste prévoir un peu plus de couverts pour 5 personnes.

Por el precio que se paga, debería de estar mejor

Una vez encontrado el acceso, es céntrico y tiene a mano los servicios necesarios.

El anfitrión no es cercano y en ocasiones no proporciona la información que se le pide. El apartamento dista mucho de estar limpio y en condiciones (luces fundidas, sábanas rotas, poca limpieza general).

- كان في استقبالنا في العمارة الفئران. - عدم وجود تكييف. - عدم وجود شبك على النوافذ مما أدى لدخول جميع أنواع الحشرات الكبيرة والصغيرة. - في المواقف لا يمكنك فتح شنطة السيارة لشدة نزول السقف. - الغرف ضيقة جدًا جدًا، بالكاد تستطيع المرور بين السرير والجدار ولا يوجد أي مساحة للشنط. - فوط الاستحمام متعددة الأشكال والألوان. - الحجز كان 4 ليالي، فقط نمنا ليلة وحدة لتأخر الوقت وهربنا لفندق قريب ولم يتم تعويضنا حتى الآن.
