Wonderful apartment for a family visit over Christmas!

Fantastically located apartment that was the perfect size for our family over Christmas. Maximilian and his team were very helpful to accomodate us and we appreciate the great communication!

We had a few issues getting the heating to work and had to have a tradesperson come to try to fix. Some heaters still didn’t work but the apartment was generally okay without them. Am sure Maximilian has fixed by now given how attentive he was!

Very pleasant stay

Very beautiful, clean apartment. Big rooms, big comfy beds. It has almost everything (just missing a microwave!). Location is central to everything. Maximilian tried his best to help us during our stay. We loved our stay so much that we were contemplating of cancelling the rest of our trips. Will definitely book again if we come back to Baden Baden!

The location is perfect, right on the pedestrian zone.Walking distance from Caracala terms and the Kurhaus. Very spacious and well equipped flat.

There were no shade in the kitchen. The sun is rising on that side and it was very unpleasant to cook there. Microwave was missing.

The location was great, clean and spacious apartment with almost complete range of facilities.

Third floor with no elevator and although the staff tried there best to give full info about the address and how to check in, we had difficulties finding and accessing the apartment.

Beautiful place, but...

The apartment is very spacious and bright. Beautiful tall ceilings with crown mouldings, modern decor and recently updated bathroom. Large rooms and lots of sunny areas to enjoy the apartment throughout the day with a larger party or family. We booked it because the weather forecast for the holiday weekend (May 2021) looked rather grim. Since do to Covid-19 restrictions, all cultural institutions were still closed as well as the spa, a large comfortable place to spend time with everyone in was the second best option.

Maybe the apartment had not been rented out in a while, but there were some essentials missing, such as light bulbs in the main dining area and a bin for general rubbish in the kitchen. Also, the gas heaters in the entire unit were missing their covers (except for one), which looked a little sad. One of them did not work at all. The owner responded to our call, but in the end we decided to leave the door to the adjacent room open to keep it warm. However, the worst experience was the noise in the pedestrian area until the early morning hours. No one form the city offices was called to break up the groups that gathered and got successively drunk and loud, which makes me think that this is a regular weekend/holiday occurrence.

Schönheit ist nicht alles.

Die Wohnungsgröße, Lage, Möbilierung, Design sind super. Die Möglichkeit das Gepäck bei früherer Anreise und späterer Abreise ist perfekt.

Abstriche sind an einigen Punkten zu machen: So ist das oben abgebildete Schlafzimmer nicht beheizbar. Da es in der Wohnung insgesamt kühl war, war die Temperatur in diesem Raum entsprechend niedrig. Die Schönheit der Wohnung hat wohl Vorrang gegenüber der Praktikabilität. Der schöne Garderobenständer als Kleiderständer im kleinen Schlafzimmer war zu klein. In der Küche fehlten Kaffeemaschine, Teekanne, Eierbecher und Gasanzünder, was uns dann nach Reklamation am nächsten Vormittag gebracht wurde. Die Brausetasse in der Dusche ist nicht höhenverstellbar. Die Wasserarmatur in der Küche ist locker. Die Groszügigkeit der Wohnung spiegelt sich nicht in der Ausstattung mit Porzellan, Gläsern wider. Aufgrund dieser Mängel wäre eine Preisreduzierung angebracht

Эти апартаменты в Баден-Баден стали для нас настоящим открытием. Просторное и изысканное пространство, оформленное в классическом стиле, производит впечатление с первых минут: каждая деталь продумана, атмосфера сочетает элегантность и уют. Внутри всё безупречно чисто, постельное бельё и полотенца безупречного качества, мебель и кровати обеспечивают полный комфорт. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, вплоть до кофемашины с капсулами, а столовая и гостиные словно созданы для неспешных разговоров и наслаждения атмосферой города. Расположение — в самом сердце Баден-Бадена, на пешеходной улице, что позволило буквально жить в ритме города и при этом чувствовать абсолютный комфорт. Отдельное спасибо принимающей стороне: всегда на связи, отзывчивые и внимательные. Уезжать совсем не хотелось — эти апартаменты дарят не только удобство, но и эстетическое наслаждение. Хочется вернуться снова.

Если говорить о мелочах, то нам немного не хватило ложечки для обуви — хотя, конечно, это не умаляет общего впечатления. Также апартаменты расположены на третьем этаже без лифта, что для нас не стало проблемой, но для кого-то может оказаться особенностью, которую стоит учитывать.

Prachtig appartement met alle moderne luxe in het hartje van Baden-Baden

Een heel gezellig en ruim appartement met veel licht. Grote slaapkamers, op elke kamer was TV, ruime zitkamer. Het bevindt zich in een prachtig oud gebouw, maar daar is binnen niets van te merken: alle moderne luxe is aanwezig. Schitterend gelegen in het hart van de stad, alles op loopafstand. Wij stalden onze wagen in parking Kurpark, 200 m van het appartement.

Misschien 1 puntje: het appartement bevindt zich op de derde verdieping, 70 traptreden. Voor ons was het (nog) geen probleem, maar het mag misschien wel vermeld worden bij de beschrijving van het appartement.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre ville Deux points d'attention cependant, l'appartement est situé au 3e etage sans ascenseur et en zone pietionne ce qui implique un stationnement dans un parking payant. Pour le reste excellent confort et très belles prestations.

Sehr geschmackvoll!

Die Lage ist klasse, mitten in der Fussgängerzone von Baden Baden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Drei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer und es gibt neben dem normalen großzügigen Bad ein zusätzliches Gäste WC. Ein Babybett wurde uns auf Anfrage fertig bezogen bereitgestellt. Der Gastgeber antwortet über Booking sehr schnell und super freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder buchen!

Man muss gut zu Fuß sein, denn man kann nicht ganz in der Nähe parken und muss sein Gepäck drei Stockwerke hochtragen. Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer hat geknarzt und in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer lies sich nur das Oberlicht öffnen, das grosse Fenster nicht. Außerdem ging der Wasserhahn in der Küche nicht so gut (etwas wackelig und wenig Wasser) und es gibt zum Kochen einen Gasherd (muss kein Nachteil sein, für uns nur ungewohnt).

Met een heel gezin, waarvan de partners van de kinderen meekomen, is dit perfect. Iedereen een eigen kamer met voldoende privésfeer. En desondanks voldoende ruimte om ook gezellig samen te zijn. Voor ons perfect!
