A stay with a great location overshadowed by poor cleanliness

The location is the only truly strong point of this apartment. Everything is nearby, making it convenient to reach any destination. The technical equipment is good, with all the essentials provided. The apartment is spacious and warm.

The service level was disappointing. Upon arrival, the apartment was completely unprepared: dirty floors, used bedding with hair on the bed, and used towels in the bathroom. This is utterly unacceptable for accommodation advertised as hotel-level. Although there were clean linens and towels in the closet, having to change them yourself is not what you pay for, especially given the overpriced rent. Additionally, the bathroom lacked even basic hygiene supplies, such as shower gel, which further highlighted the owners' negligence. I absolutely do not recommend this apartment if you expect even a basic level of cleanliness and service. For this price, there is no excuse for such issues.

Superb

We had a great stay! The accomodation was great: clean, spacious, comfortable and had almost everything we needed. Parking was also included which was very helpful! I would definitely come back here again!

Unfortunately wifi was down for 2/4 days during our stay, but the host brought us a wifi box later (as well as a bottle of wine!) The other inconvenience was that the elevator in the building does not work, so we had to carry our luggage up 2 floors. Additional toiletteries (like soap and tissues) would have also been helpful!

Superb

The apartment was very spacious and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The view from the balcony is amazing and there's a lot of natural light. It's a short walk away from the city centre (~15 mins) and also a short drive from some very nice spots in the black forest.

Maybe a short set of instructions on how to access the parking, we spent some time outside (cold!) figuring it out!

Very clean, well designed, spacious, perfect balcony, very quiet, well equipped, facing trees. Feels like home. 15 min walk from the city center. Nice host. Recommended.

The property is really modern, looks amazing and the kitchen is well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Great place to spend some relaxing days and the city center is only 10min walk. The parking is easy also with bigger car.

Lovely apartment, clean. Good location and lovely balcony to sit and listen to the birds. Very comfortable sitting area and bed. Good powerful shower. Very efficient check in. Good to have the parking garage.

Minor issues of no real importance- It was very hot. For those travelling from colder climates it would’ve been nice to have AC. Thought there might be more toiletries on offer for the price but that may have been due to Covid. There was a lift but it was not working which was a shame given we had two flights with heavy suitcases!

Prima, net buiten centrum.

Mooi ruim appartement, de buitenkant was nogal troosteloos, van binnen was het erg mooi en ruime kamers, groot balkon. Comfortabel. Parkeren in garage onder het gebouw. Wasmachine met wasmiddel.

Kleinigheden. Drukke weg, maar dat hoorde je binnen niet. Kwartier lopen bergop vanuit stad naar appartement, geen winkels in de buurt. Maar was ook niet heel erg.

Apartamento muy cómodo y espacioso, muy bonito. El centro de Baden Baden está a unos 17 minutos andando. La vuelta se pega un poco porque es en cuesta. Genial que tenga aparcamiento en el propio edificio.

La casa estaba bien cómoda para pasar unos días en familia

Cuando llegamos no encontramos las llaves del parking le enviamos un correo al anfitrión y llamamos y sin respuesta no pudimos cerrar el coche durante nuestra estancia zona complicada para aparcar!!

Gut gelegene FeWo mit kleinen Mängeln

Sehr ruhige Lage mit Blick ins Grüne. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann die gesamte Stadt ohne Auto oder sonstige Verkehrsmittel erkunden. Die Wohnung ist groß und bietet zahlreiche Schränke und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Auch der Balkon samt Outdoormöbel lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Die Wohnanlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen; der Aufzug hat wohl noch nie funktioniert. Daher muss man viel Zeit für den Gepäcktransport (TG - Wohnung) einkalkulieren. - Ärgerlich war auch, dass die Spülmaschine defekt war. Das Müllmanagement der Hausverwaltung lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig.

un gran apartamento muy moderno muy amplio todo muy limpio el menaje de la cocina en muy buen estado cama muy grande y cómoda con sabanas en buen estado las toallas limpias aunque algo desgastadas tienes una terraza enorme y una plaza de garaje muy cómoda. esta a 1.5 km del centro de la ciudad ,ideal para ir en coche si vas andando hay un paseo sobre todo de vuelta por q tiene cuesta arriba . barrio residencial sin tiendas ni restaurantes por la zona al menos yo no los vi . muy recomendable si vas por baden baden .

Apartamento, bonito y bien situado

El apartamento está fenomenal, incluye una plaza de garaje por si llevas coche. Tiene de todo y es confortable, amplio y las camas son cómodas. La zona es buena y el apartamento está puesto con mucho gusto.

Cuando llegamos no podíamos acceder al apartamento porque no tenía conexión a Internet en mi móvil con la suficiente velocidad para abrir mi página de Booking y ver las claves. Estuve llamando durante una hora al anfitrión y enviándole mensajes de WhatsApp sin obtener respuesta. Finalmente llegó una persona que puedo entrar en Booking con mis claves e indicarme cómo poder entrar. Las llaves del garaje tampoco se encontraban en el apartamento y hasta que el propietario no me contestó no pudimos guardar el coche. Recomiendo llevar pantallazos de todas las indicaciones porque luego realmente la entrada no fue complicada. El mayor problema que no nos contestase al teléfono para ayudarnos con los problemas que tuvimos a la llegada

Baden-Baden e foresta nera bellissimi

Appartamento grande, nuovo e pulito. Fornito di tutto il necessario. Il parcheggio è abbastanza facile da trovare c’è una strada laterale dove c’è una scuola e si può parcheggiare da una parte tutto il giorno dall’altra di notte fino alle 7. Il centro è a 20 minuti a piedi.

Purtroppo l’accoglienza è pessima. Capisco che sia tutto automatico ma ricevere i messaggi solo in tedesco non è concepibile. Inoltre quando si entra non c’è nessuna istruzione su come usare le apparecchiature e neanche nessuna indicazione sulle attrazioni e i servizi in zona, o meglio c’è scritto solo in tedesco. Siamo riusciti a capire tutto tranne l’utilizzo del piano ad induzione. Quando ho chiamato l’host mi ha detto che non poteva aiutarmi e di provare ancora. Comunque alla fine in uno scaffale ho trovato tutte le istruzioni scritte anche in italiano, ma l’host non lo sapeva evidentemente. Ho salutato quando siamo andati via su whatsapp e non mi ha neanche risposto. Capisco tutto ma un minimo di educazione e’ richiesta se si vuole avere un buon riscontro.
