Die Lage ist top. Die Wohnung hell und freundlich. Abendsonne auf dem Balkon. Die Matratze ist super bequem.
Deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Das ist sehr schade. Waschbecken hat einen Sprung, Beschlag an der Balkontür muss dringend nachgestellt werden. Überall lauter kleine abgestoßene Ecken. Ein Barhocker wackelt. Im Badezimmer fehlt ein Sichtschutz am Fenster. War mal vorhanden. Alte Aufhängung noch erkennbar. Ein Knopf am Einbauschrank im Flur hängt lose runter. Wohnzimmertür klemmt und muss nachgestellt werden.

Tolles Appartement, sehr zentral gelegen mit PKW Stellplatz Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend
Persönlich wäre uns ein normaler Esstisch lieber, der Bartisch mit Hockern ist nicht so bequem. Aber das ist eine persönliche Meinung.
