Leider waren die Küchenutensilien etwas dreckig. Ansonsten war alles sauber. Die Verdunklung der Fenster war mit den vorhandenen Rollos nur bedingt möglich.

Sehr schöne kleine gemütliche Wohnung, die zentral liegt. Leider hatte ich in der Mietzeit stürmisches Wetter aus Richtung süd südwest. Da zog es ziemlich durch die Terassentür. Vielleicht müsste die Dichtung einmal erneuert werden. Ansonsten ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig ok.

Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, vor allem Büroleitung, der Hausmeister und die Rufbereitschaftsdame hingegen sehr freundliche.
