This 25-square-meter one-bedroom vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 2 people for a wonderful vacation in St. Peter Ording. The wonderfully bright, modern living and sleeping area features a comfortable 160x200cm double bed and is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, two cozy leather armchairs, and a compact dining nook. Free Wi-Fi is available. The large window wall and the opening to the furnished balcony with a view of the countryside make the living space wonderfully bright. The well-equipped kitchenette includes, among other things, a space-saving, freestanding ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The vacation apartment includes a well-equipped shower room with a toilet. This apartment has elevator access.

In addition, the complex features an elevator that runs from the underground parking garage all the way up to the 3rd floor, which is accessible to guests staying in almost all of the apartments. Please refer to the property description for each individual apartment. Right outside the front door lies the district’s lively promenade, with a wide selection of shops, service providers, restaurants, and cafés. The beachfront apartments provide an excellent base for a wonderful vacation in St. Peter Ording.
All spa facilities—the Dünentherme, the Kurmittelhaus, the beach promenade, the bathing pier, the world-famous stilt houses, as well as the spa park and dunes, spa doctors, and various recreational facilities—are located in the immediate vicinity.
Local shopping needs are met by the EDEKA supermarket and a bakery across the street.
Villa Anna itself features two restaurants and a boutique.
Underground parking for cars, a bicycle storage room, as well as satellite TV and free internet access via HOT-SPOT are provided.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Das Apartment war geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Es war alles vorhanden, an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht.
Mir ist als einziges negatives aufgefallen, dass es im Gang vor der Wohnung und um die Mülleimer, die in der Garage gestanden haben, sehr unangenehm gerochen hat.
In der Wohnung wars aber zum Glück ok.

Freitag gebucht, Freitag online bezahlt, Montag Zahlungserinnerung erhalten, Zahlung von mir überprüft und Kontakt zur Verwaltung, unfreundliche oder standartisierte Rückmeldungen, Dienstag am Tag der Anreise dann Bestätigung über Zahlungseingang erhalten... Sehr, sehr schlechter Umgang mit "Gästen"
Wasserschaden im Haus, keine Info, keine Alternativen, keine Verhaltensregeln bei Wasserschäden, unfreundliche Auskunft an der Rezeption, auch hier habe ich mich als Gast nicht besonders wohl gefühlt
Baustelle im Haus mit sehr viel Lärm, auch hier keine Info über Zeitbereiche, in denen laute und nervige Arbeiten ausgeführt werden, auch hier unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption
Abreise bis 10:00 ist ausgeschrieben, in 9:45 klingelt es an der Türe und ich werde von einem unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter angesprochen, er müsse jetzt putzen, ich sage freundlich, aber bestimmt, ich bin bis 10:00 aus dem Zimmer draußen, es kann nicht sein, dass man 15 Minuten vor dem vereinbarten Auszugstermin gestört wird
