Vacation Rental – Apartment 42
This 25-square-meter one-room vacation rental is located on the first floor and can accommodate two people for a wonderful vacation in St. Peter Ording.
The practical, combined living and sleeping area is equipped with a 160x200 cm pallet bed with two single mattresses, a compact dining area, a cozy armchair, and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available here. Thanks to the adjoining, furnished balcony with a view of the lake and the floor-to-ceiling windows, the room is wonderfully bright. The kitchenette features a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee maker. This apartment has access to the elevator.

Die Balkontür war defekt. Leider wurde ich nicht direkt beim Abholen des Schlüssels darauf hingewiesen. Als ich den Mängel meldete, wusste man nicht so genau ob der Schaden schon bekannt war - sehr unglücklich!
Weiterhin ließ die Sauberkeit der Fußböden und vor allem im Bad sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wie auch die Sauberkeit der Gläser und des Kühlschranks.
Insgesamt muss man leider sagen, dass das Apartment leider einen Sanierungsstau aufweist. Empfehlenswert wäre: neues Waschbecken, alte Wandhaken im Bad entfernen, Spinnenweben an den Decken entfernen, Silikon an der Küchenwand erneuern, neuer Anstrich Flur und Decken, fachmännische Befestigung der Deckenleuchte am Essplatz und eine neue Badtür.
Weiterhin wäre ein Hinweis zum Geräuschpegel der Lüftungs- bzw. Heizungsanlage wertvoll.

Die Buchung, die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter alles sehr gut. Aber dieses Appartement würde ich nicht mehr mieten. Die Deckenleuchte hängt halb herunter, die Terassentür schließt unten nicht dicht ab, die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, das Bad wurde seit Einbau nicht mehr renoviert, ein kleiner Beistelltisch liegt auseinandergenommen auf dem Kleiderschrank und der Obergau war diese Lüftung die 13 Stunden läuft, die nämlich von unten dem Restaurant durch das Appartement führt. Mir wurde erst nach 2maligem Nachfragen berichtet dass dies in diesem Appartement so sei und es sich nicht ändern ließe. Gerne würde ich dem Besitzer des Appartements ein paar Zeilen schreiben über den Zustand.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren , wir hatten die Ferienwohnung 42 . Das einchecken ging schnell und einfach dank der guten Vorbereitung . Schlüssen und Gästekarte lag bereit , kurze Einweisung wie man in die Tiefgarage kommt , ging schnell und problemlos . Sehr gut !!! Eigener Parkplatz war super gekennzeichnet , daher gab es auch kein unnötiges gesuche !! Die Wohnung Nr. 42 war sehr schön ! Sauber ,hell und der Blick vom Balkon war auch sehr schön . Es gab immer was zu sehen auf der Einkaufsstrasse . Der Balkon ist sehr groß , top . Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch super deshalb konnten wir das Auto die ganze Woche in der Tiefgarage lassen ! Kino & Restaurant direkt im Haus , sehr praktisch !! Jetzt noch zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge . Die Halterung der Duschbrause passt leider nicht . Sie rutscht herraus und man muss sie in der Hand halten . Zwei einfache Hocker wären schön gewesen als Ablage für Kleidung oder Koffer/Taschen . Es war dank Ihnen ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden bestimmt nochmal bei Ihnen buchen ! Bleiben Sie gesund und danke für den schönen Urlaub ! Es grüßen Christiane und Heiko Schuller
