Im Prinzip ein schönes Apartment.Einbequemer Sitzsessel in Standarthöhe, statt Sitzsack wäre eine schöne Sache. Die Vermietung trotz heftiger Bauarbeiten in der Wohnung direkt darunter, finde ich (trotz kleinem Mietnachlass 30€! nach Meldung) mehr als ärgerlich. Insbesondere da im Dezember klar ist, das ich mich als Gast zur Hauptsache in der Whg aufhalte.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt - ich habe das ja bereits angemerkt. Was etwas schade war, war, dass der Wasserzähler ausgetauscht wurde und ich nicht von Ihnen vorgewarnt wurde. Ich musste dafür auch eine Zeit im Appartement warten und konnte nicht raus, das ist das eine Problem gewesen. Das andere war, dass in der Küche kein Zähler gefunden wurde und ich niemanden erreichte bei Ihnen. Ebenso wollte ich die Aussagen der Handwerker jemandem mitteilen, auch das war nicht möglich. Wenn Sie interessiert sind, melden Sie sich gerne bei mir!

Der Buchungsablauf war schnell und einfach und die Informationen zur Unterkunft wurden zeitnah zugeschickt. Die Freundlichkeit Ihrer Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterinnen war wie jedesmal sehr angenehm zum Urlaubsbeginn. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, passt alles sehr gut zusammen. Viel mehr Ausstattung lässt sich in der kleinen Wohnung nicht unterbringen. Sicherlich wäre eine Mikrowelle noch schön, aber auch so ist es in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Spülbürste usw. ist ein echter Zeitgewinn bei Übernahme der Wohnung. Die Sauberkeit insgesamt war in Ordnung, nur einige Spuren vom Vormieter ware noch vorhanden (Eingangstür innen, Taschentuch und Staub unter Klappbett, einige Haare im Bad) aber nicht wirklich dramatisch. Ein klein wenig gründlicher, dann ist die Wohnung perfekt. Wir hatten ein paar erholsame Tage in einer schönen Wohnung.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, gute Ausstattung. Eine Mikrowelle in der Küchenzeile wäre noch wünschenswert. Verwirrend war die Beschriftung/Bezeichnung der Wohnung am Schlüssel als 5/7, im Haus selbst war es die Nummer 59?

Es war soweit alles gut, allerdings hätte ich mir eine kurze Wegbeschreibung (mit evtl. Abkürzung) gewünscht.. ich war mit dem Zug da und musste den Koffer dorthin ziehen. Desweiteren wäre es schön gewesen, kurz gesagt zu bekommen, dass die Wohnung im 8. OG ist etc., aber das ist wirklich Jammern auf hohem Niveau
