The staff were very polite and friendly.
The room was surprisingly large for a japanese business hotel and my large suitcase fit perfectly under the bed.
The amenities on hand were very good, I liked that the TV in the room allowed screen mirroring from devices. The breakfast was great.
The view from my room was amazing, looking over the Sumida River.
The elevators can be a bit frustrating since there are so many guests, don't be surprised if you are waiting for a few minutes at peak times, especially if the elevators are crowded.
The breakfast room itself is a bit chaotic; when you enter its not obvious where the trays and cutlery are and it can be a bit of a scramble around the buffet.

Tidy and modern, the welcome staff were lovely, and the area is ideal to get around
Cleaning and restaurant staff were unfriendly, and the room was so so small, not good for 2 people.
