Location and size & layout of the house. It was great to have a large communial area for us all to hang out.
There was minimal glassware, as a group of women on a ladies weekend away it was disappointing there was no wine glasses only champagne ones. The heat transfer system didn't seem to work?

GraceWorks holiday home is incredibly spacious and well equipped for a family holiday in a quiet location. We especially valued the fireplace, which was ready to be lit when we arrived.
And the many books and games on the shelves kept us well entertained.
We enjoyed cooking in the fabulous kitchen, which boasts two ovens, lots of equipment and many dishes.
The booking agents communicated well and in a timely manner.
Nothing to dislike here.
