ABOUT BEACH DREAM SOUTH
This two floor home is nestled right against the rolling dunes and in sight of the Pacific ocean. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you'll find enough space and facilities to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free trip. The three dedicated bedrooms all enjoy beautiful views of the surf, great for lazy vacation mornings. If you need more sleeping space, two sleeper sofas are available. The two bathrooms are spotlessly cleaned before your stay.
The kitchen and dining area are should suit your vacation dining needs be they for simple snacking and take-out or whipping up a big meal for the family. Basic cookware, flatware, paper towels, and a coffeemaker are all provided for you, and you're very welcome to use the fridge and freezer during your stay. Best of all the adjacent living room windows are easily seen from the dining area, letting you enjoy the spectacular sea-views with your meals.
The living room features an electric fireplace, big screen TV, and DVD player, as well as Wi-Fi access. Take a load off after your day at the beach and watch a movie, play some board games, or just chat with your friends and loved ones. In the summer, keep the doors open to the adjacent patio and enjoy the sea breeze. The patio itself is a great place to spend an afternoon with your beach books, or sipping a cold drink in the sun.

Fly a kite in a contest, build a sand sculpture or go sea kayaking. There are numerous nearby state parks that are perfect for hiking, surfing or just an afternoon stroll along the beach.
During the Spring and Summer, you'll be able to bird watch or go crabbing. If it's warm enough, take a surfing lesson or go fishing so you can catch something for dinner later!
Visiting us during the colder months is perfectly okay too. There are beachside restaurants and museums between Moclips and Ocean Shores that will keep you busy while still being able to enjoy those stunning views.

Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards.
We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking.
We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.
MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.

The dog-friendly property was comfortable and clean, and is an easy walk to the beach. The views to the beach were great, too. The kitchen was well equipped though lacking in spoons (for soup or dessert). The upstairs bedroom sliding door would not latch/lock. Overall, we still had a wonderful time with family.

Amazing location and beach access was awesome, best in the coast. Once I figured out the outdated TVs and the remotes things went pretty smooth. I would rent again our dog loved it and so did we!!

The hot tub was locked and didn't work even though we asked in advance if we could use it. The fire place in the master does not work. The sliding door in the master does not close all the way or lock at all. The house could use a good deep cleaning to include vacuuming under and around the furniture as well as cleaning up all the cobwebs that have become dust traps. The house also had a closed up smell, we brough an air freshener and that made a huge difference.
