HI-TIDE RESORT - DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH.
This charming 2-bedroom condo is the ideal place from which to set out on the beach adventures you're dreaming about. Up to 6 guests are welcome to enjoy the incredible views at the Heron Condo.
HERON CONDO
Two bedrooms feature high-quality, cozy queen beds, accommodating up to four guests, to help you wind down at the end of your day. Two more guests will find linens to make a comfortable bed on the sleeper sofa in the living area. A full kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, flatware and everything you need to cook your own meals before enjoying them in the adjacent dining area.
The charming living area features a couch, coffee table and two overstuffed leather recliners, all centered around a TV with DVD player. From here, you can take in the tremendous view of the Pacific Ocean, the dunes, and the seabirds that flit about them. In good weather, you can adjourn to the private deck to smell the sea air. Dogs are welcome with our standard per dog, per night fee.
Please note that the fireplace in this condo is not available for guest use.

Fly a kite in a contest, build a sand sculpture or go sea kayaking. There are numerous nearby state parks that are perfect for hiking, surfing or just an afternoon stroll along the beach.
During the Spring and Summer, you'll be able to bird watch or go crabbing. If it's warm enough, take a surfing lesson or go fishing, so you can catch something for dinner later!
Visiting us during the colder months is perfectly okay, too. There are beachside restaurants and museums between Moclips Beach and Ocean Shores that will keep you busy while still being able to enjoy those stunning views.

While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards.

We are available to assist you every day of the year. If you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home, please, just ask. We have onsite property management that is available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.
MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.

We loved our stay at High Tide! The condo was clean and well stocked. All the windows made it bright and let us see the view of the ocean from anywhere in the place. The check in process was easy and the staff were wonderful. There were many walking paths to the river and the beach. There were also several outdoor activities like horse shoes, a firepit, sand box and a community grill. We hope to come back again.

The condo was clean, well-supplied, and quiet. We enjoyed the deck and convenient paths to the beach and woods near the river. We were disappointed that the fireplace was not functioning. We recommend extra blankets in both bedrooms, a light over the stove, and a night light in the bathroom.

The Hi Tide was a very clean place and had everything you need for a weekend at the beach. The kitchen was adequately supplied for guests who want to cook. The bathroom had plenty of supplies as well. I was a little disappointed the fireplace did not work as there is nothing like a roaring fire during as storm at the ocean, but everything else was great.
