625 square foot private, clean and comfortable beachfront apartment on lower floor of our house, with all the comforts of home. It is just a few steps and you are on the beach.

Restaurants are close by here in Moclips, Pacific Beach, Seabrook and on to Ocean Shores. There is a full grocery store 3 miles south in Seabrook.
One bedroom suite featuring a queen-size bed, full kitchen, full bath and outdoor shower, living room and dining area. A third person can sleep on the sofa with mattress pad, sheets, blankets and pillows provided. Guests say the sofa is very comfortable to sleep on.
ALL with oceanFRONT view and access! No where else on the Washington coast will you be this close to the beach.
Accommodations for 1 to a maximum of 3 people.
Gas fireplace, covered patio with HOT TUB and BBQ, landscaped yard with areas to get out of the wind and weather and a fire pit, TV and WI FI internet access. Covered clam/fish cleaning room with sink.

Walk out your door for a beachwalk to the Moclips River or the town of Pacific Beach. Beachcomb, watch a storm, surf fish, clam dig, surf, kayak, run, play ball, build a sandcastle, fly a kite or just sit and enjoy at your own private sitting area on the beach.
Sit in the house, on the patio or in the hot tub and watch your kids safely play on the beach, right in front of you. Your view extends north, to Pt. Grenville and south, to Ocean Shores. Beach is closed to driving from April 15th through Labor Day.

It is a short drive to Pacific Beach, Lake Quinault, the Olympic Peninsula and Ocean Shores. Great fishing is nearby.

This is the place to create your own special memories. You won't want to go home!
