Very close to beach. Quiet house, generally well taken care of.
No BBQ as advertised. Very soft bed that was uncomfortable for us (but if you like squishy beds with little back support, then this is the one for you). Otherwise a nice place.

Easy code for lock box right next to the door. Had no issues opening the lock box with the given code via email. Very easy to find the location, park, and get inside within minutes! We loved the property, all the items and amenities, and easy instructions for how to do everything inside the house. Quick and easy clean up and check out too!
The bunk bed was a little uncomfortable to sleep in, but everything else was comfortable (couches, main bed, table). House is a bit old and could use some fixing up, but everything works well and it was still a very pleasant visit!

Very clean house, from the floors to the linens to the kitchen. Easy parking. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy bed. Furnace works well and heats up house quickly.
The outside light is terribly dim and I needed a flashlight to access the key box. House is worn and small but not terrible, however some things could be fixed. The toilet seat had a older looking sign indicating it was broken - probably should buy a new seat by now! Toilet also runs. The brown wide blinds are too narrow for the windows so you never have privacy; even when they were closed people could see into the front room from outside.
