Fantastic B&B. Not at all what we expected. Modern and space galore. Close to Boxtel square with bars and shops and the station is within walking distance for reasonably fit people. Frans and his wife were very hospitable and helpful.

It's not worth the money for the mess you find in the Kitchen in the Room😟

the owner was very sociable..

It's not worth the money..I had the opportunity to find it much cheaper, much cleaner..The carpentry is at home..I hope the owner does more cleaning where you invite guests to eat..I mean the kitchen is a hearth infections..Sorry for the latest technology in the kitchen if you don't clean ..

Falsly advertises as having a kitchen, when in reality its the owners kitchen only available between certain hours. There is NO PRIVATE BATHROOM...it is shared in a small hallway...very dissapointing as it does not state this on the site. Poor communication, does not answer emails...

+ ontzettend gastvrije hosts met persoonlijke, warme benadering; je voelt je oprecht welkom + zeer schoon + heerlijk, kraakvers ontbijt + onder architectuur gebouwde accommodatie met trendy, maar warme uitstraling + gratis parkeren voor de deur

Niets; het was van begin tot eind tot in de puntjes verzorgd! Frans en Suzanne verstaan de kunst van ware gastvrijheid op een natuurlijke manier. Ook staan ze open voor suggesties. Zo hebben we aangegeven dat een badmatje prettig zou zijn. Goed om te weten dat badkamer en toilet zich naast de kamer bevinden, maar niet gedeeld worden met andere gasten. Op de 2e etage waar deze kamer zich bevindt, worden geen andere kamers verhuurd, dus je hebt dit deel van de villa ook echt voor privégebruik. Daarnaast bevindt zich in de kamer ook nog een luxueuze wastafel.

Eine ganz besondere Unterkunft

Der Empfang war ausgesucht freundlich. Das Zimmer war riesig, mit relativ festem, großem Bett. Die sehr elegante Bettwäsche fand ich Klasse. Das Bad ist toll. Wir hatten das obere Stockwerk komplett für uns alleine. Das Frühstück war first class. Das Haus ist echt was ganz besonderes.

Die viele Schalter sind sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, funktionieren aber tadellos. Die Klimaanlage ist recht laut wenn sie auf höchste Stufe läuft (bei Ankunft waren es 34 Grad) Das einige was uns wirklich fehlte sind Haken!! Im Bad und im Zimmer.
