Excellent breakfast. Enthusiastic host. ~ no, we are not 89 years old ! ha !

Breakfast, location, cleanliness outstanding.

1. As mentioned by other visitors, the list of rules and regulations explained to us were excessive. At a certain point I sat down while listening. It really went on. And also, we were invited into the kitchen during the check in process, with a story about the new fridge and where it was to go, and when I went to look at its location we were sharply told, it's private, the kitchen is private, you're not allowed in here. Except for breakfast. Ok. I get it. Whatever. 2. Booking.Com said we had a private bathroom. Great. We would not want anything else. Except it was downstairs in the entrance hall, and downstairs means down the steep Dutch stairs. And when I went down before bedtime to my 'private' bathroom, the door to the dining room was open, someone was locked in my 'private' bathroom, presumably the owner Marion, and her dog came out of the dining room and jumped all over me and would not leave me alone. 3. My rating is for the good points above, but I'm not impressed by the points mentioned here. 4. Thanks for a nice breakfast. Barend

STAY HERE!

Marionne is an ecellent host, friendly and full of advices. She takes care of her B and B like a captain on a ship. Well prepared and in control. Great room with a terrace and view on the garden. Excellent wifi, great shower, very good bed, fridge with drinks, beer and wine. Breakfast was delicious and she took a lot of care for it. The location is central, close to the church and square. It took me more time to reach her place and she waited patiently for me. Yes, it all was a great experience.

It was really perfect. Personally I like a check out at 11.30 or 12.00 instead of 10.30

It was a beautiful B&B with a homely feel we felt really comfortable and at home nothing like staying in a hotel. Friendly lovely bedroom and Bathroom with gorgeous lounge kitchen and garden to relax in.

IT WAS AN AMAZING STAY. A BEATIFUL B & B WITH VERY CLEAN, NICE DECORATED, A NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE, ALL YOU NEED INCLUDED. THE OWNER MARIONNE, SO WELCOME, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND CARRING. FROM THE FIRST MOMENTS SHE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE BEING IN YOUR COUNTRY HOME. THE BREAFAST!!!! FRESH SQUEEZED JUICE, HOMEMADE MARMELADES, FRESH EGGS, GREEK YOGURT WITH LOCAL HONEY AND MANY MORE, LIKE A BREAKFAST FOR A KING!!! THE GARDEN IN THE MORNING WITH ALL THE BIRDS AROUND, TRANQUILS AND RELAXES YOU. UNFORTUNATELY WE STAYED ONLY FOR ONE NIGHT, BUT WE WILL RETURN FOR SURE. THANK YOU SO MUCH MARIONNE!!!

meticulously clean, simply elegant, and very comfortable property with a super nice host.

It is a superb B&B. We had the garden room, which was comfortable, clean and very pleasant. The host Marionne is super nice and really helpful in every way. She was very keen to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She goes out of her way to help in other things too, so she arranged for a taxi for us to take us to where we wanted to go. She also is very generous with advices and tips about where to go and what to do. She takes care of every detail, so she not only offers comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast, but she also does that in a very meticulous way to make the whole experience simply exceptional and memorable. We already booked our next stay with her.

It was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. The hostess, Marionne, was very hospitable and thoughtful. Her breakfasts were delicious and it was nice to see her in the morning, always friendly and welcoming.

Comfy and cute B&B in historic town

Breakfast was amazing with almost everything locally sourced or produced. Since restaurants were still closed for dine-in, the host was kind enough to let us use the dining room and provided tableware (even music and candles). Room and bathroom were very clean, you could tell the B&B has been carefully taken care of. In a couple of short minutes you are in the town center.

Lovely romantic getaway

The house and decorations welcome you to rest and slow down from the hectic day to day life. That was the intended purpose of the weekend getaway for me. The place was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was equipped with everything you might need to enjoy the stay. Whatever you did not find in there, you could request from the host, Marianne, who is a delightful person ready to guide and assist you in anything you request. The breakfast was one of the best I had away from home, with local produce and home-made jams, freshly backed breads and good coffee.

Heerlijk ontspannen en genoten van de creativiteit qua styling en dat het zo schoon was.

Superaardige host. Heel veel gevoel voor styling, wat je terugziet in de kamer (en in het hele pand). In deze periode had zij ook gezorgd voor stijlvolle kerstversiering. Kamer en badkamer ook zeer schoon!!

Marionne est une personne très accueillante et bienveillante. Le petit déjeuner est succulent. L’emplacement du b&b est parfait car placé au sein d’un village typique Hollandais et à 15 minutes de Eindhoven.

Quand j’ai réservé, je ne me souvenais pas si la salle de bain privative était séparée de la chambre ou dans la chambre. Malheureusement, elle était séparée mais privative ! Les murs sont plutôt fins et tout dépend des guests certains claquent les portes tôt le matin.

Zeer zeer proper,supergezellig aangekleed/versierd voor thema herfst 🍂, Ik nam verschillende foto’s want oh wat was het mooi,ik heb dan ook weeral wat tips en tricks opgeslagen om thuis te versieren. Marionne was zeer lief,vriendelijk.

Voor ons was het jammer dat onze slaapkamer boven was,toilet/badkamer beneden dat vonden we persoonlijk een nadeel. Maar voor mij maakte de karaktervolle woning die zo warm en huiselijk was aangekleed het milder. Ook de vraag om de kraan af te drogen wegens kalkvoorkoming,snap ik terecht als interieur verzorgende,maar als betalende gast niet zo leuk. Op vakantie wil ik genieten en niet poetsen.

De verblijven,de tuin, slaapkamer en badkamer waren heel gezellig ingericht, nu met herfstdecoratie. Het ontbijt was verrukkelijk met streekproducten en zelfgemaakte jam en vers gebakken brood. Alles opgediend met Brabantsbont.

Super nette Besitzerin. Sehr Aufmerksam. Alles ist sehr sauber und schön dekoriert. Das Frühstück ist wirklich klasse. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an gut aufgehoben. Dieses B&B kann ich nur jeden empfehlen.
