ust the juice wasn't filed up. I had to ask for it to be filed up after some time waiting and trying to find a staff member.

The best hotel we’ve ever been to. We loved the swimming pool, the restaurant, breakfast and very comfortable and quiet room. The bed was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Maybe the only downside is that it is located next to the freeway, but I must say you barely notice it while inside.

I travel for business around Europe and spend a lot of time in HOTEL rooms. This is by far my favorite hotel enjoying a great nights sleep and overall comfort. Albeit a little on the pricey side.

Nothing to dislike

We stayed a night at Hotel van der Valk - Best and it was one of our worst hotel experiences in netherlands ! We had a long night and arrived late at around 11 PM. I was very tired and the room they gave me was in an unacceptable state ( directly after a guest), with dirty towels thrown in the tub and blood stains on the sheets. It was disgusting . The receptionist was quick to change my room but it appears ( the second room) to have been not-quite-finished by housekeeping, with hair found in the sheets. Upon checking out, I brought up my concerns with the receptionist. She apologized for my experience and said she was aware of the issues. However, when I brought up the state of the other room, I could tell that she was more concerned with the other guests who were checking in and didn't want them to hear our conversation, even though she initiated the conversation about my stay. I found this to be off-putting and unprofessional. I mentioned that my second room bed was obviously slept on , I showed her photos of my friends room and my room and she said ooh I get what you mean its not slept on but yeah Its not well organized yet! So not finished by house keeping and saying it as a legit excuse . I’ve stayed in a couple of van der valk chain hotel. Never experienced something like this. On the other hand My friend went to his room and it was very clean and well organized yet no water bottle or slippers can be found in the room . Overall it was a very uncomfortable stay for both of us. Its a shame since the hotel design and rooms are very nice. I hope the hotel can improve their attention to detail in their cleaning processes and train their staff to handle guest concerns in a more attentive and professional manner

The breakfast selection was a bit disappointing as there, for example, was no fish, limited hot foods. The hotel is located far from the lively parts of the city.

Wij kozen een kamer met bad, de stop van t bad deed t niet. Dus al het water liep weg. De volgende ochtend aangegeven bij de balie, helaas geen korting of een andere tegemoetkomimg Gehad

La décoration est dingue, j'ai été impréssioné par l'habillement intérieur des lieux, le lobby, le restaurant et les chambres. C'est une belle découverte et la baie vitrée dans la chambre a donné un charme excpetionnel à notre séjour.

Tout était parfait!

Stylisches, sehr großes Zimmer mit Panoramablick. Sehr schönes Bad. Gut besuchtes Restaurant mit ausgewogener Speisekarte. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, kompetent und freundlich. Tolles Frühstück!

飯店的位置接近森林，荷蘭人喜歡開窗，天氣冷的時候，蒼蠅會飛進室內，即使換了樓層，仍然有相同的問題。 飯店的服務態度很好，但他們也承認他們無法解決蒼蠅的問題，這讓人感到很勸退。
