Cosy, welcoming and comfortable

- Apple pie on arrival was a nice touch - The breakfast buffet was excellent, beautiful spread of great quality foods; croissants, nice rolls, yogurt, cheese, charcuterie, jam, freshly squeezed orange juice, tasty coffee and a selection of teas - Comfortable beds, spacious rooms with seating area and coffee/tea station - The style and decor and attention to detail made it really homely and warm. A really warm Brabant welcome.

The breakfast was fine. The owners were helpful and courteous.

My main issue was that when I saw that their rate was cheaper than the booking on book.com and I asked for the reduced rate, they said no. I could gave canceled my reservation through booking.com. Then, upon leaving, I received an email apologizing that their rate was so different (100 euro) than the online booking system. Also, it's not a 2 bedroom apartment. It's a one bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. The shower leaked and caused minor flooding in the bathroom when in use. I would not return.

Great value . Breakfast contained all kind of local products. Nice recommendation for lunch at Komaen. Would definitely recommend the place to deconnect for a couple of days.

Exceptional

The welcoming owners were nice and helpful. The room was lovely and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious, and we were able to sit at a large table with other guests and have a pleasant conversation over breakfast. There was a shade to store our bikes at night. The entire place has a pleasant atmosphere and positive vibes, and the location is excellent.

de ontvangst was prima en ontbijt was goed

ik had een kamer met eigen sanitair geboekt. Dat bleek wel het geval te zijn, maar ik moest buiten mijn kamer via een krakende gang naar een aparte badkamer. In de beschrijving stond "rustige locatie" maar de kamer was gehorig en om 6.00 uur in de ochtend begon het verkeer ( tractoren) te rijden.

Heerlijk verblijf in Spoordonk

Wij wandelden de caminoroute tussen Den Bosch en Vessem en vonden deze B&B op onze route. De locatie was voor ons perfect. De B&B is van alle gemakken voorzien en je komt er volledig tot rust. Gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt was top en meer dan genoeg. Aanrader!

Mooi gelegen en zeer proper. Aardige host.

De Klapramen waren moeilijk te bedienen omdat ze erg hoog zijn (en wij niet groot) en het (uitstekende)ontbijt wordt genuttigd aan een tafel met andere gasten. Dit in acht nemend is de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding een beetje buiten proportie.
