A relaxing stay in a wonderful chalet in the woods

This is a charming chalet-style place in the woods, with VERY comfortable beds. The main room overlooks the wild-nature garden next to the forest. It is attached to the landlady's property but there was nothing but a relaxing sense of privacy and calm.

There was nothing we did not like, but for some guests the absence of cooking facilities (other than a microwave) might be an issue. Don't expect uber-modern facilities and you will be just fine!

When we arrived to Regina, she welcomed us very nicly with a big smile. She always checked that we have everything that we need. When we had a problem with transportation she helped us a lot. The place was very beautiful and peaceful, not far away from the main road but in the middle of an amazing forest, also you can go on a hiking trip around the place. The room she provides has everything you need to pass the days. If you are looking for a place to relax from the big cities, that's the place you need. NOTE: Bring something for the mosquitoes because there's a lot of them.

Located right next to a forest, if you have the time to take a walk it's absolutely nice. We went there just for a night and has almost no time to do anything. Room is good, complete with water cooker and coffe machine, plus you can adjust the heater yourself which is a great plus point. When we were there, the weather was bad so we can't enjoy anything but when the weather is nice, you can sit outside reading a book accompanied by birds. Shower is nice and warm, clean as well.

The room where toilet and shower are, are cold, especially with ventilator on. If you go there with nice temperature outside, it won't be a problem. But its not a very big deal. The TV Channels are dependant on the weather. When it's bad weather, you get bad reception as well.

GOrgeous woodland cabin full of nature.

This is a gorgeous little place, tucked away in the woodlands. I was so well looked after, always cared for but never intruded upon. The place is full of bird boxes and as I ate breakfast, blue tits and great tits were feeding right by the window. There are wonderful walks in the woods all around. Check out Kamp Vught for some nasty but essential WW2 history. The restaurant by the lake does amazing mountains of food for an amazing low price.

You have to have a car (or a friend with a car as I did) and bring food for dinner unless you don't mind walking. It is hard to find as Google does not recognise the tracks which go past dead-end signs. But the site directions are good and stick to them.

De eigenheid, eenvoud, het net even anders dan anders, sfeer waar je voor open moet staan.

We hadden mooi weer, bij regen was de “magie” zeker anders geweest.

Es ist ein besonderer Ort und wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr besonders, der ganze Garten ist liebevoll dekoriert und die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, konnten bereits morgens draußen frühstücken, haben bis spät abends im Garten gesessen und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war gut. Im Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine, verschiedene Teesorten und reichlich Kaffeepads. Das Bed and Breakfast ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren in die Umgebung.

Heerlijk ontspannend en sfeervol.

Het was perfect,Jolanda(gastvrouw)was heel vriendelijk en respecteerde op iede r moment onze privacy. Ontbijt was perfect en de kamer was ook in orde,één tip:voor diegene met te hoge verwachtingen,ga naar het Hilton en stort je niet in dit avontuur.

Ik zou geen negatieve punten aan kunnen dragen.

Vriendelijkheid eigenaresse, Matrassen waren comfortabel

Niets te klagen, maar wel wat verouderd en lichtelijk onderkomen allemaal (behalve de matrassen). Alles was aanwezig, maar ik vond de prijs echt te hoog. Het terrein was wild begroeid, ben je een wat alternatief type, dan vind je het beslist een gave energetische plek.

Entspannender Kurzurlaub in einer grünen Oase

Der riesige Garten ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und lädt mit Tisch und zwei bequemen Gartenstühlen zum abschalten ein. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Das Frühstück wurde mit sehr viel Liebe hergerichtet und im Zimmer gab es alles, was man braucht. Im Vorzimmer (gehört einem auch alleine) gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine, ein Waschbecken und einen kleinen abschließbaren Raum mit Toilette und Dusche.mit Ich war alleine da für ein Wochenende und habe mich komplett entspannen können. Es ist dort wie eine kleine Oase.

het ontbijt was voldoende en goed, de locatie was ook goed

We vonden de accomodatie zeker niet veilig. De electriciteitsleidingen zijn verouderd, moest er daar brand uitbreken, denken we dat de slechte leidingen en alles in hout opgebouwd is, het zeker een ramp is. er is ook geen nooduitgang voorzien.

De B&B was wat gedateerd en bestond uit twee losstaande eenpersoonsbedden. Helaas was er geen stijkplank en strijkijzer. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding had beter gekund, want de prijs was aan de relatief hoge kant.
