Great stay at La Palme!

Excellent location and within walking distance to most of the main sights in Trento. Great to have option for parking. Personnel very friendly, professional and accommodating. Building set away from the room and very quiet. Also no noise from other rooms. Would recommend.

Would have loved to have had a small fridge in the room. Realize that wasn't listed as an amenity but would have been nice.

Good for a one night stay.

The room was not really soundproof, we had a lot of noice coming from the upper floor and room across. Also the staff only spoke Italian. Doing payment just before breakfast next to the buffet is a weird concept.

Unfortunately the first night we stayed there was a lot of noise from the floor above finally quieting down at 1.30 am. The other 3 nights were good.

The room was modern, and breakfast was good. Parking on site was convenient. The location was a few minutes drive to a parking garage for the old town which was reasonably priced and then a few minutes walk from there.

The room was small, and the wifi was finicky.

Great location and great value for money

The location was great, close to everything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room itself was lovely and modern and the breakfast was nice.

Similar to other reviews the walls are thin and being to hear people in other rooms and outside quite clearly (such as zipping a bag)

The room was clean

Very thin walls so we could hear the neighbours like they were inside our room and couldn't sleep the whole night, also they gave us a parking view from the window, not as same as shown on photos from booking.

Okay-ish but needs more attention for a better sleep experience.

Such a lovely host with a large breakfast buffet, even with gluten-free options. The room was very clean. The location is close to the city centre and especially near the new student area (which we really liked!); international food, green area. Nice they have own parking lots (8€ a day).

The accommodation was very noisy. From your room you could hear everything. Even when someone just opens the front door you hear the buzzer, footsteps (just normal pace), tv sounds from next door and above you.. Like the walls and doors are hollow. Glad we use ear plugs. Also note that the accommodation is still under construction (or the neighbours?) so from 8am till 9pm they are renovating.

All modern, but small. Nice shower & bathroom. Well equipped

NOT suitable if travelling with bike. No secure place to park your bike (“parking space” accessible for everyone from the street, gates open all the time). Extra Fees Charged (8€) when you take your bike into your room. Host was not helpful & host was harsh/aggressive/unfriendly & has no understanding for bike travelers. money making with extra fees for bike in small room. no recommendation, too bad.

Checkin was cumbersome

The design of the Hotel. Good breakfast, the one person who had to run the whole place. Serve breakfast, check out guests and clean the rooms

We did not expect that the Hotel was unattended. This was not mentioned in booking.com. Only after the booking was completed, a pin code appeared. It should state in the advertisement that there is no attendance for check in.

The place is just outside the city centre, so everything’s close enough to do on foot. The secured parking lot is also nice.

It was a bit of a search when we got there: we did get instructions but they were in Italian so we had to translate it using Google which wasn’t always clear, but we made it eventually. The area is very quite at night, but you can hear everything the neighbours say/do. When you sleep in room #1 like we did, you can even hear the staff arrive in the morning to prepare the breakfast. We were glad we brought our earplugs. There was breakfast included, but there wasn’t anything really spectacular about it, pretty basic. In hindsight we probably wouldn’t have gotten the breakfast and just would’ve gone to the city centre for breakfast.

1. Very thin walls with almost no soundproof 2. Self check-in process using web site where you need to upload photos of your ID (not convinced about security of such solution) 3. In my opinion misleading pictures (the outside area of the property is acutall very small) 4. Next to the property there is a factory-like site where you can hear the noises coming from all night

Central position and parking availability for free. Wonderful breakfast, even in COVID-19 period. Really polite manager of the site that could help you with several tips to visit and move. The room is really functional even if not so big

Zimmer, Bad, Lage ok, Hilfeleistung durch Hotelpersonal unter jeder Würde.

Zimmer 14 m2, gutes Bad.

Auto wurde auf bezahltem abgeschranktem videoüberwachten Parkplatz beschädigt. Keine Unterstützung durch Personal. 1x das Telefon abgenommen und gesagt, dass sie den Überwachungsfilm anschauen. Anschliessend schriftlich behauptet, dass mein Auto anderswo beschädigt wurde, obwohl die Scherben vom Rücklicht noch auf dem Boden lagen. Vom Personal war nie jemand vor Ort, obwohl der Schaden schon am frühen Nachmittag passiert ist. Antwort vom Hotelmitarbeiter: Parkplatz wird nicht bewacht, Hotel übernimmt keine Haftung, aus Datenschutzgründen ist es nicht möglich, die Überwachungsaufnahmen offenzulegen oder weiterzugeben. Schaden: weit über 1000 Tausen Euro.

Posizione strategica per la vicinanza col centro

Strutturo domotica,moderna ,accogliente ,stanza piccola ma molto confortevole .

L unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stata l esposizione della finestra con vista cimitero ,e accoglimento delle salme ,ci siamo svegliate e gittando fuori c erano le onoranze funebri che depositavano una salma ! Per il resto tutto perfetto.
