"Excellent location…in the heart of the old town area. Lovely room. Great breakfast. And they gave us a discount card to use for reduced and free entry to attraction. Loved our stay in Trento."

Having a sauna in the room was great we loved that. The room was comfortable, we slept well. We were able to check in early. The location was superb. Staff on the check in desk were friendly and always greeted you. Train station was walking distance.
The guy at breakfast was quite grumpy on our first day, breakfast was chaotic. Not the best breakfast.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel at an excellent location. Extensive breakfast.
I had to pay twice! Although I asked for a refund because I upgraded from a single to a double room, they refused and charged my credit card twice.
