It is a wonderful location, a half block from the square. The host recommended some wonderful restaurants that did not disappoint!! Breakfast was also great - you all sit around one big table and I got to know some lovely folks as a result.
Only one thing, and it comes with travelling in Italy - my room didn’t have air conditioning. It was a hot day and night. Nevertheless, with both windows wide open, I got a decent night’s sleep. I think the other rooms have AC…but the planning commission said this room doesn’t need it because it’s on the shady side of the house and has an interior courtyard. The host said she applied for it every year, but it’s an historic house, and the commissioners are very conservative.

The location was amazing - just off the Piazza Duomo. We had a large bedroom with private bathroom just outside the room. Everything was perfect and very clean. All the staff we spoke to either in person or via the internet were super friendly and helpful.

Location is excellent. Near the train station and main Piazza. The house is amazing architecturally and is spacious and comfortable. Beautiful communal breakfast at one large table where you can chat to other guests. When I arrived Flavia was kind and extremely helpful.
