Nothing..everything went well

In nearly three months in Italy feom south to north including Sicily and Sardinia, Yugogo stands out as one of the best places we've stayed. The apartment is spacious with a large kitchen/dining/living room, separate bedroom and large bathroom/shower. The crockery and microwave made self-catering easy. The hot water is hot and available quickly. There's even a dishwasher. The management team are kind, responsive and helpful. The location is a short walk from the train/bus station, and right next to the historic centre, restaurants, and covered market. There are laundry and luggage storage facilities available for a reasonable fee. As a bonus, the complimentary Trentino Guest Card has saved us a lot on entry fees to museums, the Viote Alpine Botanical Garden and the funicular. We can't recommend Yugogo enough. We'd stay here again and again and again.

Trento was a lovely city: attractive buildings, mountain backdrop. Italian trains were great (slower ones are cheaper). The Trentino guest card was amazing with free local travel and entrance to galleries etc. The apartment was easy walking distance from main train and coach station and a couple of mins to centre and food shops nearby. Couldn't have been better location. Communication good, though I didn't meet any staff, and clear info about the entry code for the entrance to the building and the apartment. Good size apartment. We took bus to Andalo and gondola and chair lift up to walk in the dolomites (the high altitude pass was about €20 per day per adult) . Routes are marked - we got a little lost but all fine. Also bus to lake Caldonazzo to swim which was busier but nice. Thoroughly recommend Trento and YUGOGO

I would have liked a few more basic provisions such as oil and salt as you can't bring lots when you come by plane. And enough dishwasher tabs for each day or some washing up liquid.

Very nice apartment with lots of space, a nice tv, good Wi-Fi and amenities. The property management is responsive and provided the Trento Guest card a couple days before our arrival so I could use the card number to pre-book some items like the Trento Civic Tower tour.

Our refrigerator had a problem cooling down in the chilling section, but the freezer worked so we could work with that. I imagine they have fixed or replaced it. Our visit was only three nights.
