The Place - Only Self Check-in - No Reception

The location is perfect, in the city centre, short walking distance to the station, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, gelaterie, and the event place where I was taking a course. The area feels very safe for a solo traveller even in late hours. The room is very spacious and clean. On a previous trip I had the room on the 3rd floor which I preferred due to the large windows but the 4th floor has the advantage of being closer to the common room. I love the filtered water tap, brilliant idea! The air conditioning/heating works well. The room is silent and we don't hear the neighbours nor the people on the street even if there is a lot of movement. The bed, pillows, bedlinen, towels, of high quality. Access is very easy with the mobile phone, just remember to always have it with you, and charged!

I could not find the bottle opener for the life of me! Francesca was very helpful but I still couldn't find it. Well, I'll leave to try that interesting cola next time.

The location is perfect, close to the center and many local restaurants. The room is very spacious, clean, and modern. The check-in was very smooth and the owner is friendly and very responsive.

Very clean and easy to get in and out felt very safe. The location was perfect for someone arriving by train and no car. Great choices of restaurants all around in walking distance.

The only negative thing I can say is the mattress was too hard for our comfort. But everyone is different so others might like it.

The central location means it’s noisy, at night when the windows are open. But when closed you can hardly hear a thing! But stingy with the toilet paper! But the cleaner did give us more when I asked. Very friendly lady.
