beach nearby

very difficult to communicate with the owner, air conditioner in the face, no shower accessories, the description contains incorrect photos, there are 5 square meters at best. It would be better to buy a tent for this money and spend the night in the forest.

Very friendly host and close to the beach

The host was very nice. He brought juice and wine and we had fun together. The place was quiet and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The place is quite small and simple but has what you need.

But it is very necessary to install a mosquito net at the entrance to the room. The rest of the hot air from the radiator of the air conditioner needs repairs, the hot air will return to the room.

Lovely host but would not stay again.

Great location and very nice host. We liked that it was safe, had parking, and was close to all the shops and the beach.

The sheets had a blood stain and holes, and there was no hand soap for guests, only dish soap. The booking page was confusing as to the actual space we would stay in so it was smaller than expected. When the coach turns into a bed, it takes up the entire space. There's an air conditioning unit, but it's large and directly next to the bed, so it blows cold air aggressively on you while you sleep. We could also hear everything going on in the unit next to us. Lastly, the room had many drain flies and mosquitos.

It was a very tiny back room but adequate. There were places to sit outside. The parking was right outside and secure.

Disappointing

I was traveling alone & on a budget. I needed a modestly priced place to sleep for the night. I chose this property because it had a garden where I could safely leave my bicycle and it was close to the beach. The elderly gentlemen who greeted me was quite friendly. Clean linen was also provided.

The property was touted as a holiday home so I was initially quite taken aback. It’s more like a converted spare room connected to a family home. I was prepared for the sofa bed but not the dirty floors, cupboards and fridge. The scent of air freshener was overpowering and lingered in my clothes the following day. There was intermittent noise during the night, perhaps from the fridge or a water heater. In my opinion, the property needs to be cleaner to justify the price. Suitable for one night for solo travelers.

Die Lage ist in 2ter Meereslinie und auch zur "Flaniermeile" sind es nur ein paar Meter. Unschlagbar die Parkmöglichkeiten, da im Innenhof und gesichert.

De locatie: letterlijk 2 minuten lopen van het strand Een compleet appartement, met afgesloten privé parkeerplaats (wel enigszins krap, maar dan nog...)

De kamers zijn redelijk gehorig (op de eerste verdieping zijn twee appartementen, gescheiden door een dunne muur)

Soukromé parkování zdarma. Pěkná lokalita. Při příjezdu nás šel majitel ihned přivítat a uvedl nás do ubytování. Po vypnutí hlučné lednice byl v pokoji docela klid.

Majitel mluví pouze francouzsky. Anglicky se nedomluvíte. Rezervovaný pokoj v přízemí typu studio by neměl být v nabídce ubytování, protože nemůže vyhovovat snad žádným evropským standardům na ubytování. 1* by bylo až moc. Pokoj je zřízen pravděpodobně z nějaké skladovací místnosti domu a z nabízeného výsledku jsme měli chuť se na místě otočit a jet pryč. Kdyby už nebylo tolik hodin. Malinká místnost ve které je nacpán kuchyňský kout s hlučnou lednicí, postel, minimalistický nábytek a klimatizace, kterou jsme znechucením ani raději nepouštěli. Vybavení kuchyně bylo typu "majitel si v ve svém bytě vyměnil staré za nové a přece se to staré nevyhodí ...". Navíc bylo špinavé. Povlečení a ručníky zabaleny asi z prádelny. Ručníky zatuchlé. Postel a peřiny nepovlečeny. WC kupodivu čisté a asi i novější. Maličké umývátko na WC. Sprchový kout příšerný a jeho provedení se mi zdá i dosti nebezpečné pro užívání + bez závěsu nebo zástěny. Cena za nabízené ubytování je absolutně neodpovídající. Majitel v době check outu odjel bez informace kam vrátit klíče. Nevím jaké jsou v reálu ostatní nabízené pokoje, protože mi jsme se na jejich vzhled nachytali, nicméně pokud nechcete mít zkažený pobyt v této destinaci tak jako mi tomuto ubytování se raději obloukem vyhněte.

un excellent rapport qualité/prix/emplacement

Alain est un hôte vraiment très sympathique, toujours présent si l'on a besoin de conseils (merci pour l'indication d'un bon glacier), et puis le petit rosé à l'apéro était tout aussi sympathique. L'emplacement à 100m de la plage est super, et le fait de pouvoir garer son véhicule dans le cour est vraiment très appréciable, car toutes les places autour de la maison sont payantes. Le studio occupé était simple et fonctionnel, je n'ai entendu aucun bruit pendant la nuit. J'espère pouvoir revenir un jour !

Het is echt heel leuk gedaan. Bij aankomst staat overal je naam geschreven zodat je weet waar je moet zijn. De kinderen vonden het super leuk. Op loopafstand naar strand en in de avond ook leuke kraampjes.

L' unica cosa positiva è che la struttura è vicina al mare.

Mi chiedo come nel 2025 vengano ancora proposte strutture come questa!? Sporco stantio e incrostato a terra, sui mobili e sul piano cottura, nel lavello c'erano residui di cibo puzzolente. Il bagno indecente, il piano doccia disgustoso pieno di capelli e altro. Il letto pieno di capelli e peli. Per potere usufruire un minimo dei servizi sanitari, abbiamo acquistato candeggina e santificato bagno e doccia. Per dormire abbiamo utilizzato i nostri teli, per evitare ogni contatto con quella immondizia. È evidente che la stanza non viene pulita da tempo. Viaggiando abbiamo trovato altre strutture 2 stelle veramente tenute bene, questa è peggio di una stalla, i bagni degli autogrill sono più puliti. Mi chiedo come sia possibile che i gestori, tutto sommato simpatici, non si vergognino di ciò che offrono. Qualsiasi cifra i gestori chiedano è troppo alta. Basterebbe poco: PULIRE!

Accueil exceptionnel par le propriétaire, beaucoup d’explications sur l’histoire locale ainsi que sur des lieux à visiter. Il se rend disponible très facilement.

Rien de particulier, mais certains peuvent trouver la chambre petite.

Idéalement situé, cet appartement pouvant accueillir une famille se trouve dans une maison comprenant plusieurs appartements à louer. Le nôtre se trouvait au 1er étage. Spacieux, de nombreux équipements, draps et serviettes fournis, clim etc.. Calme. Un jardin où l'on peut séjourner. Très très proche du bord de mer, des restaurants et des commerces Le propriétaire d'une gentillesse incroyable avait bien organisé notre arrivée. Un parking nous était attribué, très rare dans ce secteur. Nous étions de passage pour une nuit, entre amies. Nous sommes plusieurs à vouloir revenir à cette adresse.
