Very rare for rental in the Fréjus-Plage area, this large air-conditioned accommodation of 110m2 in a recent and secure residence will allow you to spend a very pleasant family stay in a comfortable space.

Located a few meters from the beaches, it will allow you to enjoy aquatic activities, relaxation and other moments of relaxation at your discretion.

As soon as you enter the accommodation, you will notice its great brightness. The living room with its open kitchen is more than 50m2 allowing you to enjoy this living space and opens onto the 2 large balconies facing south and west. The south balcony accessible, among other things, from the kitchen allows meals for 6 people to be taken without any difficulty.

The equipment is also up to the capacity of reception and comfort with 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, washing machine etc...The 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with toilet and the bathroom and a separate toilet complete the distribution of the accommodation which has numerous storage spaces.

Traveling by car will be easy because a double garage allowing parking for 2 vehicles is at your disposal with the accommodation.

Several restaurants are also present at the foot of the residence and many others are easily accessible both on the seafront of Fréjus Plage and Saint-Raphael as well as on the port of Fréjus.

The night market between July 1 and August 31, the various and varied events, the fireworks displayed numerous times during the summer period are also very easily accessible.

Only the luna-park at Aqualand will require a car, approximately 3 kilometers from your resort area.

But this little corner of paradise is also offered to you all year round and is accessible by train, the residence being located around twenty minutes from the Saint-Raphael Valescure TGV station.
