About this apartment rental

10 min walk to Saint Raphael, its port and its train station.
A few steps from the sandy beach, shops and restaurants, this beautiful apartment of 3 rooms, 60m ² is located on the 1st floor with elevator, a residence, good standing, 3 floors. A parking space is available from June 15th to September 08th. in the parking lot of the building Outside this period, free and easy parking is possible in the street of the building.
- The large living room (lounge / dining room) has a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a flat screen TV (as well as the box wifi, internet, TV); it overlooks the terrace (10 m²) south side, equipped with furniture, where it is nice to eat there outdoors.
-The two separate bedrooms, opening onto the terrace (10 m²), garden side, have a bedroom with a large bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a room with two beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
- The kitchen, equipped gives on the same terrace; it includes: fridge, electric oven, microwave, induction hob 4 burners, dishwasher, washing machine, "Nespresso" and standard coffee makers, toaster, kettle ...
- The bathroom, completely redone, is equipped with a shower and a washbasin.
The suspended toilets are separated.
- Available in the entrance: iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
- On the terrace, a small freezer.

The arrival is around 16:30; If arriving between 21:00 and 23:00 supplement of 30 € for the person responsible for the keys.
The departure takes place between 9am and 10am; If departing between 7:30 and 9:00 supplement also 30 €.
No arrival-departure service between 23h and 7h30.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Check in was ok apart from parking. We have a 7 seater and it was impossible to drive into the underground parking let alone park in the space allocated to the apartment. We then had to find alternative parking on the street which we managed to do however was not easy as always very busy. Overall a lovely apartment to stay in and an excellent location we walked to the beach daily. Frejus is beautiful and we can’t wait to come again.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday apartment with our family. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Françoise was extremely kind and always available to answer any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again!

We stayed in Françoise s apartment for 4 weeks and loved everything about it! It was perfect for us: clean, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, in a really good location. We particularly liked the south facing balcony.Verry difficult to leave actually!

My daughter and I loved our stay at Francoise’s apartment. The apartment is just steps away from everything - we didn’t have a car and didn’t miss it at all. The walks along the waterfront are fabulous - turn to your right and you walk for kilometres through the port of Fréjus and along kms of beachfront - the best direction for watching sunsets. Turn to your left and you are walking along the spectacular port(s), beaches and the red rocky coastline of Saint Raphaël. For the apartment itself, highlights would be the 2 large patios - one if you’re seeking sun and the other if you need shade and cool. The bathroom and separate water closet are top of the line. Both bedrooms are large snd comfortable (and quiet and dark at night). The less optimal elements would be the very small (albeit fully equipped and functional) kitchen, and the lack of any comfortable seating in the living room. The hide-a-bed couch is the only seating available in the living room and it’s woefully lacking in comfort (we didn’t try it for a bed). It was great being here in the off season as you could tell that a good number of the apartments in the building were sitting empty (which also led to little activity and noise from the building’s garage directly under the apartment). The building itself is modern, clean and very secure. All in all, this is a great apartment in a super location with a kind and responsive host. - I would return without hesitation.
