Welcome to our 95 m² apartment, perfect for 6 people, offering a peaceful atmosphere just 4 minutes walk from the beaches, market and shops.
Rated 5/5 on Airbnb and 4.8/5 on Abritel.
You will find 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, as well as plenty of storage space and an environment not overlooked.
Fiber WIFI and 200 channel TV.
Travel cot and high chair for 1 child.
16 m² balcony and private fenced parking.
Bathroom linen is provided, supplement for sheets.
Cleaning must be done on departure, flat rate €80 if you wish.

Only SMALL DOGS, stuffed animals, goldfish are welcome.
Arrivals and departures on Saturdays in July and August, variable in other months.
Check or bank transfer payment. Contract provided in accordance with the Law.
The tourist tax is additional, quote on request.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und super gelegen. Bis zum Stand sind ca. 100 m, es gibt eine Bäckerei und einen Supermarkt (Casino) ganz in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt, wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Ein großer Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen eigenen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz - das erspart viel Zeit bei der Suche nach einem Parkplatz in Fréjus, insbesondere zur Urlaubszeit. Eine schnelle Internetverbindung (WLAN, Wi-Fi) gibt es auch- das war ein sehr wichtiges Kriterium für unsere Kinder :-) Der Vermieter -Herr Clement- ist nett und hilfsbereit, mit dem Kontakt und der Kommunikation hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

We stayed for three weeks in June 2018 and although there were only two of us we enjoyed the spacious accommodation and found the apartment to be very well equipped and in a very good location very close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. M. Clement was very good to deal with and we have already provisionally booked again for next year.

Très bel appartement, conforme aux photos et à la description présentées dans l'annonce : propre et bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé près des commerces et de la plage : tout peut se faire à pieds, ce qui est fort agréable dans ce lieu très touristique. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible à la moindre demande. Cela fait deux années que nous y passons d'agréables vacances. Location à conseiller vivement

Magnifique appartement, très fonctionnel, tel que présenté dans l'annonce et situé près des commerces et de la plage. Le propriétaire, au demeurant fort sympathique, est très dévoué, il a même trouvé un 3e emplacement de parking. Nous avions demandé de quitter le dimanche au lieu du samedi, et cela n'a posé aucun problème ni supplément de location. Nous reviendrons certainement. A conseiller certainement.
