Mapo great location to stay on the metro train lines, very convenient place...... Very close to Han river..... Terrace has great view.....
The move up to the hotel you have to walk up about 200-400m up the hill.... Not convenient for elderly and lil children... Or handicapped..... But up to the hill you can use a über taxi......

The room size and balcony and the area it is located in are great for Seoul.
Some things needed fixing in the room like a fused light bulb or the toilet roll holder. Little things go along way. Also a wiper in the bathroom would help dry the water on the floor so others can go to a dry bathroom.

It is close to Han River, it is cheap. It had good wifi and good ac.
The check in room isn't well designated or staffed. I got a note after initiating 3 times to pay more on my door stating that I need to pay more for my child because I didn't correctly indicate her age. If they would have told me earlier I would have cancelled and found another place. Booking tried to on my behalf and was unsuccessful. They didn't tell me until after the cancellation deadline even though I booked months in advance. This is on top of a hill, there are about 20 steps to get to the top. It is not easy to access with a suitcase on rollers. Only 1/5 taxi in 4 days were able to drop us off at the front.
