clean and tidy place. near bus stops and subway. restaurants and shops are a few walks away too.
they seem to not have uniform requirements for the guests who seek to stay at their guest house. I understand they need ID to identify the guest but during my stay I found out that they did not ask one of the guest for ID in advance but they asked me. It felt weird but that's that.

Friendly, helpful host. Safe neighbourhood. Very secure with locks on the front gate and each room. Clean comfortable rooms. Able to self check-in and out. Thoroughly recommend
Not much of a negative but it is about 400m from from Hongik station into some back streets and a small hill to climb - suitable for fit and young people but older and unfit people might find it a little strenuous.

The sliding wooden door needs to be repaired or replaced. It’s very beautiful and aesthetic, but I was worried about disturbing other guests when opening or closing it late at night.

The room’s good and the place’s quiet.
The shared toilet and bathroom’s in the same room and only one’s available for all who stayed on the floor. Before checking in time I couldn’t reach any staffs. There’s no response for any questions. And the luggage should stay outside of the house. The outside space for luggage storage’s quite limited.
