Location and view.
The broken curtain rail in bedroom 2; the nonfunctional lights in bedroom 1 and the dirty shower baskets and drain in bedroom 1.

the location was superb, for anyone working close by in canary wharf and the transport connections were excellent. The facilities of the apartment where very good with a couple of exceptions.
We were there almost three weeks, it would have been nice to have one service clean during our stay, I wasnt overly impressed with the bedding, a little bit better quality would have been good. It was exacerbated by the heat wave, not very comfortable for sleeping despite fans being supplied. Not the owners fault but a/c would have made it perfect, not the usual thing in london it seems.
