Once there was someone around, getting the keys and the associated instructions was easy enough.
The flat was quiet and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, and Canary Wharf is preferable to many other locations for me. Access to the city is great -- the DLR is a few minutes walk away, as is Elizabeth Line to get to and from Heathrow.
The description said a "Concierge Team" was available 24/7. I arrived early and figured that 24/7 means I should be able to pick up the keys early or at least discuss with the concierge. I ended up waiting for 40 minutes, alongside other guests.
The WiFi instructions were wrong -- the SSID listed did not exist. I had to locate the router to find out what the connection was actually called.
The flat was quite warm.

The only challenge is it was very hot and only had one fan in the house with two bedrooms with kids. Each room was supposed to have its own fan otherwise it is a nice excellent place
Close to the Canal Warlf and with train station nearby to connect to anywhere

No air con and it was sooo hot! Boiler made a constant wining noise the entire time
