Villa Britannia

Villa Britannia was one of the highlights of our stay at Taormina. We were there for my daughter's wedding. We reserved the villa during our daughter's wedding weekend, and it could not have been more perfect. The villa is beautiful, full of charm and character, with stunning views and lovely outdoor spaces that capture the magic of Taormina. What truly makes Villa Britannia exceptional is the owner, Louisa. Her warmth, kindness, and attention to every detail made us feel completely at home. She was always available and genuinely invested in making our stay special. One of my favorite memories was the morning of the wedding. The bridesmaids and bride gathered at the villa to have their hair and makeup done while enjoying breakfast, coffee and mimosas. The setting was elegant, relaxed, and absolutely picture-perfect. It provided the ideal backdrop for such an important moment in our family's celebration. Villa Britannia offers far more than a beautiful place to stay. IT provides a level of hospitality that is increasingly rare and creates memories that last long after the trip is over. We are deeply grateful to Louis and would not hesitate to recommend Villa Britannia to anyone visiting Taromina. My next visit is to spend more time at Villa Britannia, where my focus is not on the wedding. Would love to have Louisa cook for a group and give us a complete history of the villa.

Our favorite place we stayed on a trip filled with marvelous accommodations. Spectacular views from the patios and balconies, a lush garden with a Roman outbuilding, cool art and handpainted décor, gorgeous lounge with a keyboard for music, books and games for relaxing, and a bar for amari tasting. Also an amazing kitchen for cooking (with cool Italian art nouveau posters). Next time (we definitely want to return!) we'd like to take the Sicilian cooking class.

非常优雅的度假屋，装饰得格外精美。花园里鲜花盛开，屋子内外弥漫着花香，舒适惬意。Host亲切友好，还帮着做laundry。位置很棒，走路几分钟到景点。还有独立车库。两间屋子都租下最好，拥有整栋房子，虽然小贵但很值得。悠闲自在达到度假最高境界。很可惜现在Host不提供早餐了，因此还给我们退了一点钱。不过厨房很棒设施齐全，自己动手也很不错。
