At first I did not like that there was no air circulation or fan in my tiny room, but the property manager took care of that immediately! Even upgraded my room! From then on, the space got very comfortable and was very clean and had nice little touches.
Took a lot of stairs to get in and out of my space, might be worth mentioning to some of us Elder folk. You've got to walk about 3/4 of a mile to get to the closest bus stop for access to the Main roads. While I got lucky at the end, I highly recommend making sure all guest rooms have circulating air of some kind, a small 12" fan at a minimum.

Beautiful large room in a gorgeous building. Very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee were provided which was really appreciated. Access to the building was easy. There is a metro close by to get to the city center, and also it was an easy walk from the Berlin central bus station.

The place is in a very good location. The overall cleanness is very good, also complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water is available 24/7.
The room I got had no bathroom, only a shared one with another room, accessible thru the common lobby. Not very convenient.
The elevator was out of service all the time, the room is on the 4th floor (3rd floor for europeans). The room was much smaller and much more modest than advertised on the property photos.
